Not only did they give my Dasher the wrong order once but twice that is just a no for me

Has to be the absolute slowest Taco Bell in America!!! Anytime I go for food or am delivering for Door Dash I always find myself in waiting an average of 15-20 minutes no matter the order size. The employees don't seem to be trained how to be quick and efficient if they're taught anything at all. read more

The food is edible and standard, but often the order is wrong. Be especially careful if you are vegetarian. I have accidentally bitten into meaty meals more than once to my extreme dismay. This occurred several times when I ordered the vegetarian version of a couple different meals. this is a seriously disgusting experience for a vegetarian! It's worth taking the time at the drive-through window to ensure every single item in your order is correct before you drive away. read more

Wife and I used their mobile app to order our food as it it advertised all around building and even on there ordering screen. They have also got our order wrong in the past so we figured we be able to be sure that at least that part was correct. So we order and then get in the line, wait 20 mins to a half hour because they are never fast. Get to the screen and find out that they cant accept mobile orders and we will have to wait a day to get refunded. I know they don't have any control over the app, but there are no signs or warnings about this at any point around the building, and the advertisements are still up. We just waited in a long line just to find out they couldn't accept our order. I let them know everything, especially about not advertising any service you have, or not even attempting to warn us before we waist our time. In their customer service voice they basically tell me it sucks to suck and they are not advertising the mobile app (as it pops on the order screen). After we left, I did find on the app that you can just cancel and it never took our money. I've never expected much taco bell but the poor customer service has lost my business. read more

I waited 45 min for a door dash order only for it to be canceled by the manager in charge. I called the location and a "training manager" Andrea was told by her trainer to tell me that the dasher canceled the order however I received a message stating that the store canceled the order. I then ask Andrea if she wanted to continue to argue with me or make it right and her exact words were "yes I am ". This is *** poor management every single time I order form this locatin there is an issue and the issue never gets resolved. I am a Supervisor for a fast food restaurant and was appalled by the laughing about the situation and wanting to argue instead of fix the problem. Unfortunately I will not ever order here again and will take my business to the Vassar location where I know.my food will be made right and any issues there are, it will be resolved. Last but not the least when a customer calles they shouldn't be able to hear Eminem playing in the background so loud that they have to ask Andrea to speak louder. I was sitting on my couch when I had a sudden hankering for some authentic Mexican food. I decided to run on up to my local Taco Bell and get some of my favorite food. I ordered up a Mexi-Melt (Which was actually invented by Michigan's own David Taylor), but the lady at the window told me they didn't serve that anymore. After a few minutes of crying I decided to get a Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito, a Crunchwrap Supreme, three Doritos Locos Tacos, a Mexican Pizza, ten Cheesy Roll-ups, three Quesadillas, a Nachos BellGrande and a large diet Pepsi. When I pulled up to the window, the lady asked if I wanted fire sauce. I don't know what kind of question that was, I always love free sauce! I pulled into the parking lot to eat my snack. Thank goodness I wasn't driving when I did. I had never tried fire sauce before, so I decided to put a packet on everything. It was so spicy! I opened my mouth and fanned at it, but it was no use. My tongue was still melting. I sucked down half of my diet Pepsi, and thankfully that helped. I finished up my meal about 5 minutes later, and was ready to pull out of the parking lot. I put my car in drive and was just about to leave when I felt a gurgle in my bowels. That fire sauce was just reaching them, and boy was it kicking! I knew there was no way I was going to make it to the bathroom if I walked (I had just had hip replacement surgery from a previous fender-bender) so I stepped on the gas and floored it through the building. I just happened to hit a bathroom, but it was the men's bathroom! I was so embarrassed. Overall the food was good, but my pants still ended up soiled. The Drive Thru window is utterly disgusting! They are slower than two old people fucking! NOT only do you wait 15-20 mins for your order that's barley half of what you ordered! Then to top it all off you get Soggy dripping wet SOFT tacos, the chalupas are harder than the diamond in my ring! Then when you call to speak to someone they treat you as if your lying and you're a pain in the a$$! The manager Is lucky I rather not sit in a jail cell! IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN'T EAT HERE EVEN IF THEY PAID YOU TO... STILL DO NOT EAT THE FOOD! THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE FOR EMPLOYEES/MANAGERS LET ALONE MAKING THE FRANCHISE LOOK BAD!! It seams to get worse every time we go. Tonight we ordered for 4 people and they managed to mess 90% of it up. They forgot my daughters cheezy roll up, the yellow bird nacho had no sauce, the chicken quesadilla was burnt, the 3 hard shell taco supremes had a tiny amount of meat and lettuce nothing else, we ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoe add sour cream... it had no sour cream and extra tomatoes. Called the manager and they seemed to not care. Ridiculous to say the least read more

Average at best! Lousy training practices, some employees are rude and the food is VERY inconsistent. (If you hire people that take no pride in their workmanship, TRAIN THEM or FIRE THEM and hire someone that will) I mean how hard is it to make a taco or burrito, maybe they could even be trained to spread the sour cream out to more than one bite! I mean $15 for 2 taco meals and I feel the need to complain! PLEASE! You are in Caro Michigan for gods sake, not Chicago or Dallas. YOU ARE NOT TO BUSY TO DO A GOOD JOB!!!
