Food is extremely expensive, what you pay here you could go to a better sit down restaurant with quality food. Way to expensive for cheap fast food. Tacobell is getting crazy with prices. He made sure to help us feel welcome, wipe our table, went out of his way to grab us drinks, brought us free cinnamon twists for our children as we were waiting and checked in on us. They don't serve pedestrians at this location. I was stay at a nearby hotel and did not have access to a vehicle. I ordered online for pick up not knowing the lobby is only open to Door Dash delivery drivers. They wouldn't give me my order unless I drove a car through the drive through. The torn up sign on the door said the lobby was closed due to staffing issues but it looked pretty crowded behind the counter. The guy with the blank stare who was chewing on a straw was funny. I come to the Butte Taco Bell on occasion, I've never had an issue, service is always quick and friendly, and the food doesn't deviate from your quintessential Taco Bell food experience. FYI - lobby is closed, so drive through is your only option, that being said! Despite there being quite a formidable line of cars that kept up at a steady pace, the service remained prompt and, by god, radiated positivity. I really just want to give the staff here accolades, they're doing a phenomenal job in a time where it's hard to find the strength to come into customer service/fast food industry jobs because of public backlash. Clean bathroom, complicated order was done correctly, and friendly staff. They were swamped, but they still put out the food on time

Never go here. The food is fine and well prepared, that is not the issue. The issue is the management, they frequently run out of the most basic necessities (want a Baja Blast? Too bad, there is a 50% chance that they are out.), and the service is agonizingly slow. A few weeks ago I waited, or rather I was trapped in an un-moving line for 40 minutes. I remember pulling up to the window, handing over my cash, and waiting 6 minutes at the window while the employees chatted and gabbed with each other, until finally I overheard them call MY order to the cooks. Needless to say I left livid, and I have not, nor will I ever go back. Hey Taco Bell. Fire the manager here. They are ruining a good location. Thought I would give this place a plug, considering all the negative reviews. So much of this is about managing expectations. When I visit a Taco Bell, which is less and less frequent, I want them to hit the mark on the things that I routinely order. I'm not expecting a five-star experience. My normal order came out promptly, and to my surprise was delivered by the cashier directly to my table. The food was every bit the Taco Bell experience I was looking for. Absolutely done with this place. Been there several times and every time they get tye order wrong somehow. This last time i ordered two crunchwraps both with guac and they said they'd watch them put it on, first one had it and get to the second, no guac. I paid for both. This is a common error, and for how much they charge its unacceptable to forget part of someones order. My lactose intolerant girlfriend routinely asks for the dair to be removed and almost every time shell find cheese tossed in. Terrible quality. The only highlight was the service, fast and cheery. I had to wait around 20 minutes for my food and a numerous amount of people got their food before I did. I ordered first so was I livid. When we finally got our food Courtney didnt give us our drinks. She misheard my friend when he said we a had a strawberry and baja blast freeze. She gave me a cherry one. So when I kindly told her that I ordered strawberry instead she decided to get an attitude and even slammed her hands onto the table and raised her voice at me. With efficient and friendly service such as the Butte Taco Bell's, you can't find a better place in town (or for many miles down the freeway, for that matter) to get cheap pseudo-Mexican fast food. Second time we have tried to eat there and it turned out to be a total disaster, again. We waited at the drive up window for a long time and then when we got to the order box, we were told other would be at least 20 more minutes wait. Well, let me start by the fact that I have called the corporate office numerous times on this and they have done nothing. I went to the drive thru and placed an order for food for my entire staff. I didn't pay any attention to the girl that was handing out the food, but it turned out to be a girl that I had fired a week before. She called one of the employees at the business and instructed them not to eat the food because she had done something to it since she thought that I might be eating some of it. When I spoke to the manager and the regional manager they just laughed it off. It is amazing that a company would basically allow an employee to threaten poisoning a customer and remain there. read more

I literally just got home after stopping at this location's drivethru. They couldn't have gotten my order any worse. The only thing they got right was my selection of soda. They asked if I wanted any sauce, I said "fire sauce." It's on my receipt, but not in the bag. The taco's I asked for supreme, but taco's not supreme, but it's on the receipt. 7/21/16 I decided I wanted to order from Taco Bell so I walked over there and placed my order. I wanted the Cantina salad and the girl taking orders didn't seem to know what I wanted. I even pointed out the salad on the menu! I usually don't have to wait more than 15 minutes for an order but this one took more than 45 MINUTES. By the time my order finally came I grabbed the bag, turned to the cashier and said "I've NEVER had to wait that long" before leaving. Then when I got home I discovered the salad I ordered turned into a stuft grilled burrito with the lettuce and tomatoes in it! They apologized for the wait but that doesn't cut it because EVERYONE had to wait that long, INCLUDING THE DRIVE UP CUSTOMERS! Overall a good experience, except that they are ALWAYS out of the Baja MT Dew. There is no excuse for this. The first time I asked and they said they were out of the mix, but having been a food and beverage manager, I know that you order more next time. I have honestly been there 4 times in the last 2 months and each time the pop machine just ran soda water out of the tap.
