As a local resident, I am upset and disappointed that Tacobell would have their employees act in such a manner. If this was happening to you what would you do? Upon learning that the employees who prepared your order purposely masturbated then proceeded to touch your food by the simple fact that it was purely intentional and an act of racism. WORST TACO BELL EVER !! website claims to be open till 1. Go there and the drive thru says only 11 but it was 10:05 and no one would answer the speaker. Tried multiple times. Like you can't just close almost an hour early cause you don't wanna make any more food. I'm sure who ever was inside was still getting paid and wasn't doing anything. This place has a lot of issues. I went tonight to get $5 Steak Nacho box (like it's advertised on tv) and I get charged $6.59 before tax. It is pointless to run these commercials in this area because they are franchise, not corporate so they don't have to charge the advertised price. Second, I also ordered 2 soft shelled tacos with meat, cheese and sour cream only for someone, which is supposed to be $1.49 plus whatever they charge for sour cream..$0.40. This girl rings me up for 2 taco supremes with no lettuce or tomato...which are $2.09. So they like to rip you off and over charge you. I even said something to the girl and she was like no that's how they are rung up. I didn't feel like arguing because there was a line of people waiting behind me in the drive thru. So after waiting 15 mins in line I get my food and drive home. I open the bag and they gave me 2 hard tacos with meat, cheese and sour cream...not what I ordered. I opened the nachos and there was pico on it after I ordered it with no pico. So over charged, waited forever for an order that was wrong and to top it off the food was cold. Love TBell, go to the Orange one all the time, or Milford...won't go to this one. I was there twice and both times experienced horrendous service problems, lack of inventory, what have you. The second time when I ordered a steak taco fresco and it came non-fresco the girl tried to tell me that I never said "fresco". Unbelieveable, arguing with a customer (and wrong at that). So then she gets me another one - this time not steak. So then it had to be another one. Again not fresco. I had FOUR tacos piled on the table (they kept saying, just keep it) and they never got it right. By that time just threw the last one back on the tray and told them to forget it. The manager (?) was nearby but chatting with a friend/customer and never intervened. I called the manager/owner the next day. The reaction was lukewarm and no apologies or explanations forthcoming, no peace offerings made. Needless to say the lousy service at this place is a reflection of horrible management. This Taco Bell sucks !! They basically got my whole order wrong . They forgot the guacamole on my 7 layer burrito . There was no cheese on the cheesy Gordita crunch , and I asked for them to be the supreme and paid the extra for it but they didn't add any of the supreme toppings . The chips and nacho cheese sauce that comes with the cravings box tasted so old and dusty . And on top of all of that the Cinnabon balls that I ordered were stale and barely had any of the icing in it . Every time I go there, they find a way to screw up my order. But on this particular occasion, I was completely grossed out. Let me start by saying that my order came to 11.99. I handed the girl 22 dollars--- expecting to receive a ten dollar bill back. I got a 5 and five singles. No problem. The girl was young. Not a big deal. I got a Mexican pizza no tomatoes and, you guessed it, there were tomatoes. Again, no problem at all. I'll just exchange it. So I walk inside and was waiting for my new mexican pizza. I then glance at the line cooks and realized that one of them was not wearing gloves. And he was rolling the tortillas, putting his hands in the cheese, and wiping his hands on the dirty apron. I go to this location a lot and I am very pleased with the service and food at this place. I usually order the Dorito taco and nachos so it is usually really good. They always have the Baja freeze which is what I always order. I am very surprised with all the bad reviews on this location because I have to say that it is one of the best taco bells that I have ever been to. Ordered through the mobile app as have done numerous times before. Associate goes to pick up and they tell me the app is down and they cannot fulfill the order. My money was taken from my account (just paid mortgage so little left in my account, so didn't have anymore to spend till tomorrow) my associate is told there is nothing they can do and call the 800 number. They wouldn't even look at the digital email receipt. we go there from my store 2-3 times a week. No longer will we. 800 customer support said it would take 5-8 days to get my money back....that is way to long. longest ever should be 3 days. They said that if I was still in store they would try to talk to manager to give me the food knowing he would get paid in time. I said we weren't there any more and he could call there, to which I was told he couldn't call, could only talk through my phone.
