This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. But sometimes we just get desperate for food without having to cook. Do yourself a favor and just go hungry before trying this location. It's been terrible since I can remember but now with only the drive thru open they REALLY don't care - maybe because once you pull away from the window you can't turn back into the parking area and have to turn right, go thru the busiest intersection in town, turn around, come back, and wait another 15-20 mins to have them correct the order. My order was wrong again (always is- not exaggerating) so I went back. A young lady walking into a back entrance said they couldn't help without waiting in line again. One might think they'd at least try to fix it but they absolutely don't give a crap. Please, corporate, just close this location so something else can open here. Worst service in all of Boone! Nothing fast about this fast food joint. How long can it take to plop some crappy meat into a shell? Last time I went there they weren't taking credit cards in the drive-thru, but they waited until you made it to the speaker to tell you. There is no way to get out of the drive-thru once you are in line. I had to get out of my car and ask people to back up since the line wasn't even moving. This rating isn't so much for the food since everyone knows wether they like Taco Bell or not, its mainly for the service. The dinning room has been closed for entire weeks when they couldn't staff it. They are often out of what I want, more so than other Taco Bells ive been to or other chain fast food restaurants. read more
