The service off the rip once you walk in rude & confused. I don't know if they know that there at work honestly. It seems like they didn't want to take my order in the first place. I told them that i wanted Pizza Hut & Taco Bell. They only took my order for Pizza Hut & told me i could've order on the kiosk for my Taco Bell but why would i if your already at the register taking my order. There's nobody in line & nobody in the store. So what that about

Food was great. Grubhub price was great. But, y'all see on the grubhub ticket it's all fire baby and I got all mild. Sheeesh this is why you have the two star. Keep it up though, the food was good. Not sure if I ordered from here or a nearby location.

Ordered the $9 luxe box and got two regular tacos and a burrito. What a letdown. Check your orders cause they don't.

This Taco Bell had the worst drive-through experience ever. Bryanna M was the drive-through worker and was incredibly rude.

This place came up as one such place, so we made the trek. It's a small place, enough for a few people to stand and a couple of tables off to the side. This place is very much a to-go location. The cashier was very friendly answered our questions without any hesitation. We hit a smattering of tacos, a tamale and elote. Also done chips and guac. Food came out quick and we ate in the small parking lot in the car. The food is fresh and everything was seasoned correctly for authentic Mexican fare. The proteins were a bit overcooked and they needed sauce to make them more palatable. Their green sauce was spicy but vinegary but fresh and light and their roasted pepper sauce was smoky and much heavier on the heat. The tacos varied between overcooked and dry to just right but underseasoned. We had to tweak every taco to make it good enough. The sauces really helped though. The tamale was flavored masa and cooked well with large chunks of salty pulled pork. Was very tasty. The elote corn was still a little out of season but the mayo, spice, and cheese were spot on in portion and flavor. It's good, and very true to its roots. If they executed the proteins well and upped their spices then this would be a phenomenal spot. As it stands, it's a good taco spot for the area but not worth a trek.

We ordered a variety of tacos so we could sample a little bit of everything. I had the al pastor tacos, I also ordered chorizo tacos, one of my sons ordered the birria tacos, and my other son chose the chicken tacos. The first thing I noticed was how fresh the tortillas were. They were soft, flavorful, and tasted homemade, which really elevated each taco. Overall, the tacos were fresh and enjoyable, but I found myself wanting a little more seasoning and bolder flavor. The al pastor was good, but I think a stronger marinade or more spice would have made it stand out more. The chorizo tacos, which are usually spicy, didn't really have that heat I was expecting. My son enjoyed the birria tacos, but we both agreed the consommé was milder than expected. When I tried the broth, it tasted a bit bland compared to others I've had. My other son liked his chicken tacos but said he just wanted more. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and it's a convenient local option when you're craving tacos. Would I come back? Yes. I enjoyed the meal and would return to try other items on the menu. My only suggestion would be a bit more bold seasoning and heat across the board. The fresh tortillas and overall quality are strong. It just needs a little more flavor punch to really stand out. In my opinion.

Steve was really nice when he took my order & chatted it up while I waited for my food. Inside was pretty small w/ a couple of chairs if you wanted to dine in but it was pretty hot in there. There was a couple of decorations & on their wall was food awards including 1 from Yelp. The food overall was solid. The quesadilla was flavorful and pretty tasty, but I do wish it had more shrimp. I even paid for extra shrimp & there still wasn't enough. It was more cheesy than anything. The rice was good & the beans had shredded, melted cheese on top which I love. The flan, however, wasn't good for me. It didn't really hit & was kind of disappointing. It lacked flavor & its consistency was off. I really liked their salsa verde sauce (it had gr8 flavor & a nice kick). The only downside was that everything came separate & nothing came w/ the order(no chips or extras)so it felt a little basic compared to other spots. All in all, it's a solid takeout spot w/ good food, but portions & a few items could be improved.

Steve was friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. I ordered the chicken tacos, but I didn't realize they were made tinga style. If I had known, I definitely would have gone with the birria tacos instead...I still regret not ordering those! The restaurant was smaller than I expected, and it was a little too warm inside for my liking, so we ended up taking our food to the car to eat instead. the tamarindo drink was crisp and refreshing. For dessert, I tried the flan. It wasn't quite what I was expecting, as it had more of a gelatin like texture. I personally prefer a creamier, custard style flan, and this one reminded me more of a boxed mix. The fresh flavors, generous portions, and Steve's excellent customer service made it a place I'd be happy to return to...next time, I'm definitely trying the birria tacos.

"This is the rhythm of the night Baby, tonight's like fuego…read more We 'bout to spend the dinero We party to the extremo" (Black Eyed Peas) Our visit to Fuego Mexican Grill today was the result of three simple factors lining up perfectly. #1 - We hadn't had Mexican food in quite a while, so correcting that deficiency was on our radar. #2 - We were already in Cromwell picking up our Travelers Championship volunteer packages. #3 - And for several reasons, we never managed to have an anniversary meal this year. Together, those factors made Fuego the natural choice -- and a very good one. Walking into the dining room, we were struck by how stunning the room was. We saw dozens of ornate red/orange fire burst light fixtures on the ceiling. In fact, the ceiling had more than just light fixtures. It also had long cascading strands of white and pink flower garlands. There were cactus plants on the windowsills and huge murals of Mexican heritage imagery in the dining room, bar, and pretty much everywhere. . Our lunch started off when Valerie brought us a bowl of complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were terrific- a little thicker than others, but salt-free and addictive. The salsa was also very good -not watery and runny, just a little spicy, with plenty of onion, cilantro, and tomato chunks. For our food, we ordered a Traditional Quesadilla ($15.99) - described on the website as "Two flour tortillas, filled with melted cheese and shredded chicken or beef (we went with chicken), Sour cream, Guacamole and pico de Gallo on side" and an order of their Camarones Fuego ($23.99) - "Sauteed garlic shrimps with mushrooms in a spicy sauce. Served with white rice and salad". The food was delicious and the portions were very large. In fact, we took home more than we ate there, so it's almost like "Buy a lunch and get another one for free". My shrimp plate was great. First of all, it was definitely spicy, which was fine with me because I love that. It had a lot of shrimp and mushrooms, and probably more than a cup and a half of rice. The salad was a nice addition to the plate- lightly dressed Romaine, spinach, onions, and Cotija cheese. Valerie was pleasant and efficient throughout our visit. All in all, we really enjoyed our experience at Fuego. Improvement Opportunities I noticed some inconsistencies between their website pricing and descriptions when compared to the actual delivery of the dishes. Specifically, the quesadilla had a lower website price, and the Pico promised on the website was not delivered on our plate. When I asked Valerie if the dish was missing Pico, she confidently said, no... it's not included. Well, your website begs to differ.

There were lines everywhere, the parking lot was full, and the restaurant was extremely busy but the energy was so good it barely even felt like we waited long. They had two DJs, one inside and one outside on the deck area where there was also an outdoor bar. The music was nonstop and the DJ played a mix of everything, so people were dancing the entire night. While waiting for our table, we grabbed drinks outside and ended up dancing inside too We waited about 30 minutes to be seated (plus another 10 because we missed our first call while vibing on the deck ), but once we sat down everything moved smoothly. Drinks were STRONG and definitely worth the price I had a couple shots plus both the original and strawberry margaritas, and both were really good. The food? 10/10. We got tacos, quesadillas, sizzling fajitas, and fresh guacamole made tableside right in front of us. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and delicious. The fajitas coming out sizzling definitely turned heads I also appreciated how organized everything still felt despite the crowd. There was security at the front entrance, inside, and near the side exits, which helped things feel safe and controlled during such a busy event. This was the perfect spot to celebrate with friends.
