Tonight we had a taste of AWESOMENESS at the Belton Taco Bell. After having and writing about my horrible experiences I am happy to announce there seems to be a real turnaround in the making at this store. Chef Gordon Ramsey were you in town turning around this Mexican kitchen nightmare around? We were greeted friendly tonight by the order taken, his name is Joe. Joe was exceptional, did a great job taking our order and calmly and "plainly" read our order back to us for accuracy. After taking our order, Joe turned his attention to maintain the dining room. The person that handed us our to-go-order greeted us with a smile and a thank you. Now hold on, the time it took from taking our order to receiving our order was......wait for it.......wait for it....only 4 minutes. You heard it hear first, only 4 minutes. ABSOLUTELY CRAZY- ordered the new steak fries and all i got was fries and peppers. wasn't even filled up all the way and for 5$ this is just insanely expensive, just to not even get what i paid for and befor i left the person on window slammed the door on me so that was also very rude. I try and I try again to come here for food just to constantly be disappointed because yall don't know the simple steps of how to make food. They don't have a consistent stock of food they are always running out of the breakfast items specifically the am sausage Crunchwrap. I went there today to order at the drive through and let me order 6. 2 for me, two for my stepdad, and 1 for my grandmother and 1 for my mom. They said it was fine and I pulled up to the window only for them to tell me that they only had enough to make 2 even though a just a couple seconds ago they said it was fine. They didn't warn me that they were running low or anything. Then when I asked them why they let me order that many if they didn't have any they said nothing and just asked me if I was gonna pay or not and I declined and left. very rude. read more

We came in before vacation to get a couple tacos. We had a coupon for buy one get one taco. We waited at the front counter for about 10 mins and no one took our order so we went to the kiosk. We were paying in cash so we had to go back up to the counter anyways. Somsone came up and said "can you order at the kiosk we don't have any drawers open up front" we replied, "we already did but we are wanting to pay in cash." She said, "okay one moment let me get a manager" she came back about 2 mins later and we told her we had a coupon. She said she cannot apply it since we ordered at the kiosk.... Soo we can't order up front and we can't use our coupon if we order through the kiosk... interesting this place is going down hill fast. read more

The worst run Taco Bell anywhere I've been... the management sucks, the staff sucks. They are always out of everything!!!

My dine-in early lunch experience was A-OK. The service at the counter was friendly and fast, while the dining area had background music, but could have been a little cleaner. The food was hot and tasty, with plenty of meat and toppings. read more

Man this is the best Mexican food ever. I really like how the one pound burritos have shrink Ed to the size of a enchilada. The 7 layer burrito was great.... They got rid of it.... The Mexican pizza was good. No longer on the menu. And the chicken and steak burrito supremes are just a smaller portion of what they used to be. read more

Went through the drive thru this morning at 9:45 and was super nice to the lady in the drive-thru and she got an attitude when I wanted to make my food into meals and then was super impatient when asking me what drinks I wanted with them and said "ummmm what do you want to drink?!" went to this location before work picking up for myself and some coworkers, got to work and saw my entire chicken cantina box was gone, except for the drink. this would not have been that big of a deal but then i called to see if they could refund me, and they told me i had to do so in person, which if i could go back i would have just gotten the food i ordered. the woman on the phone argued with me about the items that were missing, she said she was the manager, and in that case what piss poor customer service skills. had a huge attitude, and was just rude. as the customer i had every right to be frustrated that my food was missing my entire meal but obviously i know mistakes happen, but then to be told i have to go in person to get a refund when it was a mobile order, and then to have the woman on the phone argue about what was missing, with an attitude, to end my trip to this tacobell with a cherry on top. guy at the window was friendly as always. usually have a great experience here, this was so incredibly frustrating read more

Went on a Wednesday night so you would assume that you could swing by for a quick bite. Think again. After pulling into the drive-in we realized that the wait was going to take forever. I can't believe this location doesn't have more reviews. Let me just warn anyone who might be thinking of giving this Taco Bell a try. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! The drive through is by far the slowest you will ever go to. The only positive here is that the person taking your order is usually nice and patient. However, their is one drive through gal that literally counts out the hot sauce packets and if you ask for more than she originally gives you than she will start by giving you exactly one more packet. The food is usually good though even if you have to wait 20 minutes in a drive through for it. Inside the store has its own set of issues. The bathroom is awful. The dinning room is dirty and makes you want to eat outside. The folks taking orders inside are slow and that goes for the rest of the staff. You can tell why the wait in the drive through is so long...... Nobody cares. read more

The food was the same as any other Taco Bell but the service is horrible. They were very quick to take our order and our money but we sat waiting for our food for 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES for Taco Bell. This location is anything but "fast" food. Multiple people waiting in line requested a refund and warned others to not even bother ordering. No compensation was offered for wasting everyone time. AND ON TOP OF BEING SLOW, they messed up our order. Highly recommend going to a different location. read more

I can't believe how bad this place is! I have never ever left a restaurant review in my life. I paid $16 for a 12 pack of tacos (6 with sour cream). Not one had sour cream and each taco had maybe a half a tbsp of meat (I am NOT kidding). It was like a joke!!!! I am very very upset I spent my money at this place and never will again. read more

I like this Taco Bell location. The order takers are always friendly and answer any questions I may have. My order has always been correct. The food comes out fast, hot, tasty, and inexpensive. It is not fine dining, but then Taco Bell isn't advertised as such. read more
