I went up to the register with my father who is clearly above age and myself (a 24 year old female), we had put our items down on the register. When the cashier looked at me and immediately stated "I need to see your ID." in a rude and condescending tone - I would like to note: Kansas law states: "Kansas has an exception permitting the furnishing by a parent or legal guardian to a child or ward" (even though I am of age) - I then showed the gentlemen at the front my ID and then proceeded to pay for the alcohol. I stated "it's a free world" when asked by my father why I paid for the alcohol he was intending to pay for. And the gentlemen at the front responded "for now." Which I took as a very rude and inappropriate response. Will not be returning here with my business ever again. Hire better people to sell your product.

He explained that the steaks were rated BC10-BC40, based on the marbling of the meat. He also pointed out that you can see the individual percentages on the back of each steak. Interestingly enough, the steaks aren't really priced per pound, but instead by cut and percentage of marbling. We bought two BC10 ribeyes, which were about 13oz each, and cost $40. BC10 ranges from 10%-20% marbling, and ours were 17%. The BC40 ribeyes (40%+, similar to Japanese Wagyu) were priced at $90 each. Honestly, the ribeyes we got were some of the best steaks that my husband has ever grilled at home. I would love to try one of the higher-quality steaks sometime. Obviously, this steak isn't cheap, but considering American Wagyu of the exact same quality can be priced at $70+ at a fancy steakhouse, these are a good value. Great for a special occasion or if you want to treat yourself!
