I am going to rate this Taco Bell according to the outside of the store... I was going to go in to make an order.. and it looked like days ago somebody had dropped a soda right in front of the front door. You can see the splash mark and it was dried up and with dirt and such. I stepped over it to get inside. And changed my mind about eating there once inside. Why would they not have the outside sidewalk area clean or power-washed? I should have taken a photo to confirm this review. Because it was dirty on the outside...I didn't trust the inside or kitchen to be clean. I hope they will take better care of their store and survive the high cost of staying in business. U read more

Just awful. Restrooms connected to the gas station. Stalls broke in both men and women's. No paper towel in either. Flies in the dining area. Parking is a straight mess. The order took forever. The freshest thing to order here is the Chicken Cantina bowl for $9.99. Since we have a dairy allergy, we asked for no cheese or sour cream on the crunch wrap and bean and rice burrito however, they made an error and added nacho cheese sauce to the burrito. Been wanting to try the naked chicken chalupa from Taco Bell for quite sometime. We stopped at this particular one on our way to Vegas (from Los Angeles). It was clean and the service was decent (nothing spectacular as you can imagine a pit stop / gas station adjacent fast food place would be). The naked chicken chalupa was fantastic! Perfectly crunchy and the sauce was delicious. Chicken was holding all the perfect taco toppings. Only downside was the price. It was almost 5 bucks for this taco. One and done for sure. read more

I don't normally do this but I wanted take my time out of my day to say thank you to the closing staff that worked this past Monday evening, including Sergio. Together they turned an unpleasant experience my family and I was having with with a customer into a great one. (Notice I used the word great not good for a reason). I was there with my nieces and children who were being loud like children are and this other customer was being rude to them. In return like any parent/uncle would do; you say something and things became unpleasant in the establishment very fast once I did. However, shout out to the staff for being professional and understanding to the circumstances by turning an unpleasant environment into a pleasant one. We need more people like them in this world. Who doesn't love Taco Bell? It is delicious, affordable and convenient since its super quick and easy to grab. Came across this location via Yelp to stop by in between during our trip to Utah. It was pretty easy to locate, Google Map took us right to the location. It had ample amount of parking spots and good amount of seating available inside. When we got here, there was no wait time and the guy helping us out with the order was nice. I am vegetarian so I usually just substitute beef with beans - huge fan of their crunch-wrap and chalupas; however, the taste of beans at this location compared to Orange County [California] was somehow different. read more

Absolutely terrible service! This review is more on behalf of my son, who ordered one simple thing, and ordered it with meat and lettuce only. Although it said it clearly on the order, they couldn't seem to make it correctly, and miles down the road we discovered that it was prepared with cheese. My son's case it's not a matter of I don't like cheese very much, or I just don't like the taste of their cheese, my son never eats cheese, not ever. After returning, which was super inconvenient, but I'm sure every parent understands, and getting it remade, there wasn't so much as an apology for having wasted our time and energy dealing with this incompetence. On the way back from Vegas we stopped in Baker to pick up gas. Prior to leaving Vegas we stopped at Bachi Burger for lunch. But I tried watching my calories and stopped at one burger, even though I was still hungry. Therefore, I was still hungry when we got to Baker. After some influence from friends I caved and ordered one of those Crunchy Beef Burrito Meal Boxes. While it curved my hunger it was definitely over priced! With tax it came out to over $8. While at any other Taco Bell I think its $5. For $8 I could have eaten another Bachi Burger ($7.50 for the regular one), and I probably would have consumed the same number of calories. Well let me tell you about 2 very awesome "honest" employees Cesar Ortiz and Anthony Uribe!!! This crazy lady (ME) left her purse hanging on a chair about 3:00 today... many valuable things in there like the rocks I carry from "La Caridad del Cobre in Cuba" (that's another story I won't bore you with right now) and my make up bag and a few other things! Anywhoooo it was 7:30 when we arrived at our office and I went to get my keys from my purse and I realized at that moment my purse was gone!! Panic City!! Rick Rodriguez immediately called Taco Bell in Baker and Anthony answered the phone, said he had my purse in the office safe. Another employee Cesar Ortiz found it and turned it in a few hours before. He went over everything that was in my purse including cash credit cards checkbook etc etc.... he told Rick they didn't want to get into trouble so they put in there and waited for someone to call!!! Luckily my family from Canada was still in Vegas ... and they just picked up the purse for me!!! I am here to tell you how blessed my heart is to know there are still people like this on earth!!! We gave these young men a reward... and intend to follow up with their boss ... AND continue to tell this awesome story to the entire world!!
