I tried a new item for lunch here: an Italian Beef Dip Meal with Coke Zero and Crinkle Fries. The French Fries were crispy as desired, and there were many of them. The sandwich had lean strips of beef wedged inside a soft bun that was also stuffed with a few Red Peppers and several pieces of Jalapeno, which made it very spicy. But the Au Jus, served in a large paper container, was hot and simply outstanding. It could easily hold its own pitted against the Au Jus served in much tonier establishments. Diane enjoyed Curly Fries and a Deluxe Hawaiian Fish Sandwich that included a generous slice of partially melted cheese. She pronounced it very good. Service was friendly and efficient, but the men's restroom was messy and missing paper towels. Introducing some innovation in food offerings is appreciated. XXX-1/2 stars overall! read more

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. From the pothole filled parking area to the filthy restroom with broken locks this place should not get to have the chain name attached to it. The food does not resemble anything normally served at Arby's elsewhere and the pricing is 3x what other locations charge. Mariela was our server at the counter on Friday. She was excellent and patient and extremely helpful to a couple of old timers. Of course the roast beef sandwich was amazing but way too expensive got seniors. But Mariela tried very hard yo get out Arby's app work. I haven't been to an Arby's in a minute and now i know why... damn it's spendy for fast food! I ordered a double beef &cheddar with a medium curly fry and it was almost$12! Wow. The sandwich was good. Plenty of beef and cheddar sauce. The curly fries on the other hand were mostly bits and pieces. I wouldn't order those again, at almost$4! Staff was friendly. Restaurant was relatively clean. Large bottle of hand sanitizer at counter. One thing that irked me was there were no napkins. You had to ask for them. And they were a GOOD VALUE store brand, so obviously they ran out. But even so, they should still give at least 1 napkin worth a sandwich and fries meal! Had i just taken my food to go, i would have been pissed to not receive any napkins! All success are behind the counter still by soda fountain is available for refills. Overall this was an average fast food experience. Nothing really stood out. Not terrible. Not great. But definitely overpriced. read more

This was a stop my family and I made for 15 years on our way to Vegas. Our last 3 times- The bathroom is now always gross and smells bad, and the service is ALWAYS slow no matter if you're the only ones in there. This last time- they got our order wrong. No one was smiling ever at us or kind even though we smiled the whole time. They didn't apologize for their mistake, and my favorite- THE PRICES HAVE JUMPED TO BASICALLY BEING $20 for a combo. Now I understand that's not this branches fault but like..... WHAT????? The food is never THAT good. It's good and gets the job done but holy crap. This is our last year coming here. Bonus though: I went back to get a small drink and the lady gave it to me for free because the kitchen messed up our order. So hallelujah there was some redemption. read more

When you're hungry and fin yourself passing through to Vegas or back home - this is a good place to grab a quick meal. It's made fresh and the place is surprisingly clean. The dining room is large and a good size for large families to sit and relax from a road trip. The AC is on full blast and the drink/condiments counter is fully functional and stacked. With so many choices in Baker this is never a bad decision. I enjoyed the roast beef gyros. They were fresh and very filling. The curly fries were on point and crispy. I knocked them down by a star since the restroom was in bad shape. The urinal was broken and the throne had no toilet paper... yikes! Aside from the issue with their restroom, the food and service was excellent. Thanks Arby's for keeping me full and refreshed to continue my trip back to San Diego from Vegas. read more

Man, the reviewers on here are a bunch of haters. I'm not quite sure what exactly you expect out of a rest-stop Arby's in the middle of Baker, but come on now. I'm literally sitting here typing this review in this Arby's as I let the caffeine kick in because I feel like I have to defend this place's honor. I got my roast beef combo in literally less time than it took to put my card back into my wallet. I got a bathroom that wasn't anywhere near the dirtiness people complained about. I got a nice little conveniently placed fast-food restaurant on my way home from Vegas, which is pretty much the place everyone who comes here is coming from. Is it all the money people lost in Vegas? The hot temperatures searing through car windows? The fools darting through lanes and cutting you off? This place is slow as carp... went to Jack and Box line was long.. Saw nobody was at Arby's so I came over here and one car in line in front of me and it took 20 mins to just order 3 beverages... Expensive!!! Got a kids meal and a single crispy chicken club wrap both for $18.97. It wasn't the greatest meal but satisfied me.

I do like Arby's once in a while, where their roast beef has an almost "ham" like deli meat taste to it, it's still good. I like the french dip, but the incremental cost for a little cup of aus jus is bit expensive, so I usually just get the sandwich. First thing is hit the bathroom. Filthy. The urinal was taped off as not functunal. The toilet was nasty. The sink looked stained and in need of replacement. Get to the food counter. They had a 2 for $6 deal. Ordered the chcken and a regular roats beef and a drink. Food came quick. I knew why when I started with the chicken sandwich. Barely warm. I would expect that for the roast beef as I ate that last. Based on the rest room and the quality of food, this place needs some hefty attention. Arby's pretty much in the middle of no where? Check While most of the fast food places are in a dirty gas station mall type food court, this one is stand alone. Food is fairly standard Arby's. Problem is, and this isn't necessarily Arby's fault, they don't have enough workers to keep the place clean and vandals out of the restrooms. It was hard to find a clean table, nor did I see anyone trying to clean the tables. The bathrooms are beginning to look like a truck stop restroom. Prices are higher than normal, I'm sure due to their location and the cost of simply getting product out there. Regardless of that though, this is one our standard stops on the way to/from Vegas and SoCal. It's especially nice when traffic sucks and it takes you 3 hours to get from Vegas to Baker. Came in and ordered what I tally get from all the other Arby's for some reason this one doesn't do sides of cheese so when we usually spend about $40 on combos to get fries with cheese and then add shakes we changed our order and only got sandwiches with shakes for about $20. Came in because I saw an ad for market fresh pecan cranberry chicken salad sandwich. It wasn't listed on the menu when I got to the counter, but I was still able to order it. The bun on my regular Arby's was way to doughy so that was all I tasted I love to add a lot of Arby's sauce but no matter how much it was just dough I taste. There was plenty of roast beef just not enough to compete with the dough Now as for cleanliness: the restrooms are very tacky, old, and dirty. I should have started here first then I would have just stuck with my jerky and went on my merrily driving self. No paper towels in the dispenser sink was old and dirty the floors could use a good disinfectant.
