Taco Tuesday....Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday!!!! We love Jackie tacos in our house 24/7

I didn't say add paper to my sandwhich.

I think it's just become the norm for fast food places to screw up orders, I mean I just can't be me. This Jack n the box wasn't my first choice but it seemed to be the only place open at the time. So I can't be any more clear when I tell them give me a #29 no ham with an orange juice. Sounds simple to me. Of course it wouldn't be right if they didn't put that ham on there anyway. Of course they did. Ok no problem, ill take it off. We'll if I do that I loose the cheese melted onto it. Not thay I don't like ham, I just don't want it but he'll I'll just eat it. Would be easy if they didn't leave the paper from the cheese on it also. Anyway it upsets me that the people making this food want raises when you need to earn them. I did this when minimum wage was $3.65, I did my job and did it right.

I just visited this Jack in the Box en route to Las Vegas from California but was not impressed. The "Jumbo" Jack Cheeseburger I received was one of the smallest burgers I've seen, and close to the most well done hamburger patties I've ever encountered. Lettuce, tomato, and ketchup could not adequately disguise this basic flaw at the heart of this item. Seasoned French Fries tasted good but were clearly oversalted. The two free Regular Tacos with crispy shells and minced meat obtained with a company advertising coupon tasted the best, augmented by eight varieties of Diet Coke from one of two special Coke machines. I chose Vanilla Diet Coke, which became the highlight of this "mixed "bag" meal. It was very hot outside at 7:30 p.m., and very cold inside the packed restaurant. The order taker was pleasant and accurately handled the order. 2-1/2 stars overall.

While Baker is a toilet bowl, the guys working at this Jack in the box were great. Fast service, food was ready very fast. Great attitudes.

I saw the sign on the door and the little barrier setup, and somehow just ended up walking over to the ordering area. I had zero expectations -- I was basically ready to spend money just to use the bathroom. But wow... the food completely surprised me. The portions are super generous, and everything was packed with flavor. As a Chinese person who really loves Mexican food, I can honestly say this is one of the better Mexican meals I've had. Really hope more people come support this small business -- they deserve it.

However, the customer service was disappointing. While I was placing my order, the cashier stopped assisting me to help another customer with a receipt issue. I did not like this, as it was my turn and my order should have been completed first. He also began handing out other ready orders, which is understandable, but a simple "sorry, please wait" would have made a difference. There was also no greeting. I'm giving three stars mainly due to poor customer service. On a positive note, they did have utensils and a salsa bar, which was nice. We ordered a corn cup and a chicken taco. The food was decent, but the prices felt high--over $4 for one taco with less chicken, and over $5 for the corn cup, with very little cheese added.I don't mind paying since it's middle of highway BUT should've added More chicken and more cheese to the food.

We had been on the road for a few hours and wanted to get something to eat! The last time I visited the Mad Greek was about 20 years ago, on my way to Anaheim to visit the ADP HQ. It was good back then, and the food is still great! As soon as you walk inside the restaurant, you'll notice how spacious it is. There was table seating inside the restaurant in various locations. There is now self service kiosks where you can place your order, but there was also a team member at the register taking orders too. Their menu has changed though since I last visited. There are a lot more options you can choose from such as Breakfast items: Burritos, quesadillas and more! Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers Sandwiches (Patty Melt, BLT, Grilled cheese..) Salads Milkshakes and so much more! We decided to try the following Beef & Lamb Gyro Meal Combo - Rice/Drink Chicken Souviaki - with hummus, no tomatoes and with Feta Fries/Drink. The team member provided us with a buzzer which would let us know when the meal was ready. It was beautiful weather outside, around 80, so we ended up waiting outside at a table while our meal was getting prepared! We didn't wait too long either, about 10 minutes for the meal. It was pretty quick! My Chicken Souviaki included two skewers with lettuce and onions. The hummus was in a cup, so I was able to add as much of the hummus to the wrap as I needed. The hummus was more like a thin sauce though. It was still yummy! The chicken was quite flavorful and tender. I enjoyed the wrap. The Feta Fries though were super scrumptious! There was so much feta cheese on the Fries! I ended up dipping the French Fries into the hummus sauce! The French Fries were crunchy and just perfect! My husband and I ended up splitting the Feta Fries. I also had a chance to try out the rice, which was good, but I did like the Feta Fries better. We spent less than 30 minutes inside the restaurant, and then was back on the road to Las Vegas! The team members were helpful and friendly. The food was great. This would be my go to spot if I am looking for a quick meal at Bakersfield again!

In addition to having probably the largest selection of beef jerky next to buc-ee's, this place has more alien stuff than you can shake a stick at. Honestly, this place really does look like it belong on the Vegas strip with its big LED signs and alien motif all throughout the exterior. Additionally, they are in the process of building a UFO hotel. I'm going to tell you this. I will be there as one of the first guests in line when this thing opens up. Let's talk about the jerky for a second, they're not kidding when they say it's fresh. I have purchased multiple bags here on multiple occasions, and I got to tell you this is some of the best beef jerky you can ask for. It's super tasty, and not like that really nasty hard stuff you buy out of gas station convenience store, this stuff really is fresh. I don't know how to quantify alien fresh, but this jerky iis probably some of the best I've ever had. Tons of different flavors and heat levels for every person's taste. Bottom line? This place Is definitely the place to stop when you're out on the road going to or from Las Vegas from Orange county. Honestly, It's a perfect pit stop.
