We haven't eaten inside a Taco Bell in a long time so it was so was high time to do that. This location has given us a mixed bag through the drive thru but on this eat in location the service was excellent. I got the Nacho Bel Grande no tomato. That left the meat, cheese, sour cream, and refried beans. It was mostly good although I wish they had distributed the toppings better instead of glopping it all in one spot. Nevertheless it was pretty tasty. I also got a couple of crunchy tacos with just meat, cheese, and fire sauce which was good for what it is. I don't know what kind of establishment they're trying to run, but the food is cold and tastes terrible like they don't clean their kitchen and every time I order from this place they forget something in the bag every single time. Especially the sauces, I guess I don't know how hard it is to put sauce in a bag, but I guess it's unachievable for these people. Taco Bell corporate needs to come down and show these people how to run a restaurant I guess cause I don't like paying for food that I don't get, can't imagine anyone else does either. So I go to this place here and there just because it's close but today was the worse ever. After sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes telling the lady that I wanted a spicy potato burrito, we argued because she said they don't have them any more but they have regular ones , so I said what ever get me three of those and a side of chipotle sauce (which is extra) and get me some mild sauce and Diablo sauce. Well turns out I paid for the chipotle sauce for nothing because They do serve it , and I didn't receive any of my sauces . They need to get better at understanding the menu read more

This is the only Taco Bell I go to and have been for years. I love Taco Bell. Horrible customer service and wait time. I wish I would have been informed the wait time was 30 minutes+ when ordering because I wouldn't have. After 30 minutes of waiting for ONE meal, I and two others asked for refunds and mine was the shortest time the others was both running 45 minutes, drive thru at a halt as well one car went through in 30 minutes. Honestly just so annoyed ! Just wasted money on food I didn't get !! Called 3 times & no answer ! And the part of my food that did get is old ! Taste like their bag of chips have been left open for couple weeks ! Not to mention I live a good 20-25 min drive away . Also rude customer service chick just swung the bag out the window didn't look my way to give a "this is all" or a "have a great night" . Imagine waiting in line for 15 mins to not even get your food / get poor food . So if you eat here make sure you check your bag , and I guess taste all your food make sure it taste right before you drive home. I placed an order for ONE Beefy Frito Burrito and a Baja Blast. Order was placed at 9:55 PM and was received at 10:17 PM. I asked to get my money back and walk away. I was told by the cashier that "it would take longer to get a refund than to get my food". This is not the first time I have received sub-par service from this restaurant.
