The original recipe chicken bucket we bought was missing at least 5 of the spices. It's been a while since we ate kfc, it will be a much longer while before if ever again. read more

I went a few days ago with friends and my experience was far from good. Granted it was late but it doesn't excuse the poorly prepared and cooked food. There was little filling in the burritos, and some of it tasted burnt while not looking burned. The staff was also rude and ignored us. This made a very terrible experience and I will not be returning. read more

I have been to this location countless times, and I guess the best way to describe this place is: not so great that I'd recommend it, but it's also not so bad that I would avoid it altogether. If there were another close Taco Bell, I would not go to this location. The biggest issue isn't a lack of portions or bad tasting food, but it rather lies in the fact that I am almost always missing a part of my meal. This Taco Bell probably owes me $100 dollars in replacement nacho fries. I have also been missing larger parts of a meal as well such as an entire taco or multiple tacos at that. I typically have great customer service experiences. There are a few workers I consistently run into that are exceptional, specifically some of the sweet girls that work there! They are always extremely helpful, and when they are working, my order it correct. It really all depends on who is working at the time you come through. I definitely wouldn't avoid this location. It is pretty fast, I'll get them that, and if you just double-check that you aren't missing anything or they haven't made your food incorrectly- which occasionally happens if you ask for specific customizations the deviate from an original recipe- then you will probably enjoy this location pretty well. All that has been said applies to the drive through. I would never go inside this Taco Bell/KFC, because it might just be the slowest restaurant i've ever come across. It's a whole different experience in the drive through. Don't bother going inside if you don't want to lose your faith in humanity and maybe even your will to live. read more

I have been to every Taco Bell from Covington to Bartlett, and out of every Taco Bell in the general Tipton/Shelby county area, this one is consistently the worst and least successful in fulfilling orders. There is always a tremendously long line, which I understand is no fault of the establishment necessarily, but its one thing to wait a while for your order, but when you consistently make the long wait only for your order to be wrong or missing (often several items) you paid for, it gets frustrating pretty fast. I outright will not go to this Taco Bell anymore, and I advise others against it as well, as my family in the area have also had largely negative experiences here as well, and the saddest part is it's been this way for YEARS. You are far better off making the brief trek north to Covington, the Taco Bell there has never made any errors when I've gone, food is always fast, fresh and correct there, which is consistently not the case in Atoka, or even going south to the Millington Taco Bell, which isn't great by any means, but beats Atoka's TB by a mile. Do not recommend eating here, or attempting to (assuming by some miracle they actually give you what you ordered correctly the first time, which really shouldn't be a lot to ask, as someone who has also worked fast food myself.) If you absolutely must get mexican food in Atoka, I implore you to just go to Casa Mexicana, Margaritas, or Los Alebrijes, which are all FAR better choices, and Casa is literally right next door too. read more

This place is so careless it should be nicknamed Taco H*ll! They do the food how they want it, and don't pay ANY attention to what the customer wants. read more

I love taco bell but I cannot stand the awful customer service. Lady at the drive thru window had an attitude when we asked about the menu and should NOT be working any job with customer service. 0/10 for the customer service. Just awful. read more

I don't understand why they are always rude and act like they are being bothered by any customers ordering food and they are always joking and smiling as soon as that window opens they act like you ran over there dog it's crazy how bad this place is I try it again every couple of months and even if it's new employees still bad services read more

They closed the lobby and forced people to go through the drive thru. Didn't answer to take orders. We sat for 10 minutes waiting on them because they "needed a moment". We drove past the window... nobody. We drove around more to see the employees eating meals in the lobby instead of working. read more

So I went threw the drive thru and ordered a cantina taco box with Baja blast two more large Baja blasts one without ice 3 stackers with red sauce a large nacho frie and a 12 piece honey siracha chicken (it's a kfc/Taco Bell location) and my chicken was plain no sauce and my box was missing chips and cheese and no red sauce that I paid for on any of my stackers read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! This Taco Bell is nasty! I always get sick whenever I eat their nasty food! I refuse to eat here and I'm gonna keep it that way!! I haven't eaten Taco Bell in 9 years and I will be going longer! I'm not sure how they are still in business.. read more

No online ordering during a pandemic. Minimum 20-25 min in drive through. Whatever they're doing to cheat the ordering tracking system is something the QA department should look into. read more

Horrible. Everything always tastes stale like they left the shells out overnight and 75% of the time the order is incomplete or wrong. We've tried 3 times and all 3 times everything goes into the trash. read more

9:10pm and the lights are already off (they close at 11) and the drive thru isn't moving. Online ordering isn't available so it isn't like they are backed up with mobile orders. Don't waste your time because they clearly have no problem doing it for you if you come here. Edit: They apparently closed early but didn't think it was necessary to tell anyone in their line. Again, they have no problem wasting your time. read more

Short and no so sweet. Food order wrong 80 percent of the time. Long long long lines and waiting. read more

It took forever in the drive-thru this evening. While sitting at the window for 5 minutes I noticed how filthy the inside vertical part of the window was...right by the drink machine. About made me sick thinking about it. Glad I checked my order before I left...almost didn't get the sauce I requested read more

Taco Bell / KFC - Nasty inside of window... beside the drink machine. - Fast Food Near Me - Atoka, Tennessee

lady with red braids is so rude!! horrible service. the food order was messed up. decided not to even argue and just take what she gave us. watched her throw orders at a elderly man read more

Needs better management. Never have any drink holders, never gives us straws. Always SOMETHING we ordered missing. Always disappointing.

Most awful experience. One ordered something that was hanging on the menu bird yet they don't have it. Two received our order checked before we leave half order was missing. Drove around to park to call the store before attempting waiting in line again for two chalupas. Phone line was busy for over 10 minutes. Got back in drive thru to ask for the rest of our order finally received it. Got home and one of the chalupa was a complete mess like they just through it in the bag. We first got to the store at 4 we left there at 4:43. We would rather drive 15 minutes in both opposite directions to go to other locations to get better service and food. We will not be returning to this location read more

Taco Bell / KFC - Didn't even eat it because I was nervous if they did something to it. They way it was just thrown together. - Fast Food Near Me - Atoka, Tennessee

The service is always accurate. The people that work at this location are so nice and always tell you to have a great day. My favorite Taco Bell location. read more

I mean, the food is SOMETIMES decent. Other than that, good luck even getting to the window. Either the line is super long and takes an hour or two to get through, or you get to the speaker box and they are out of something. I went by today at 4:50 and they said they were CLOSED???? Like, excuse me? This line behind me was to the road and they said they're closed???? Absolutely atrocious. I waited in that line for 30 minutes just to get to the box and then tell me they were closed. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. read more

Food was extremely greasy and I have no idea how. There was almost no meat or condiments in my tacos. Also, the tacos were tossed into the bag under the 2 orders of nachos, so they are flat. read more

This has got to be the worst place. They never get the orders right. The person that takes the order sounds like they either have a muzzle or they swallowed the microphone. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. Went through the drive-thru, ordered the Chalupa Box no lettuce, everything was incorrect when I checked the box. Took it inside watched employees put the food back we had in the car and touch and serve to other customers. Unbelievable !!! Will never go back! read more

Food is good but the Drive through is the slowest Drive through in the History of Drive throughs. I have been there a lot and it always is very very very slow. read more

Slowest drive thru in the country. Food is good. This place needs a big makeover inside. I hope they get it soon.

i was in the mood for taco bell.. was is the key word. upon my visit to the taco bell in atoka tn located on hwy 51 ,i ordered my food and since it was not busy in thelobby ,i stood at the counter and waited for my food to be prepared,I looked in the food preperation area just in time to see that the guy that was preparing my food had removed his glove and wiped food off the end of a tool that was used to prepare food. he then continued to use the tool and leaned over a trash can and smacked the tool against the trash can to remove food that was on the tool, in which he then continued to use this tool prepairing food. I lost all interest in eating tacobell in atoka or any taco bell for some time. read more
