This is fine except that you usually wait 5-10 minutes before you can place your order. Once you place your order it will take minimum 30 minutes for you to get through to pay and get your food. This place is a joke. Regardless of the time or how busy they are, it takes at a minimum 30 mins to get your food, and often time's it's wrong. They consistently have staff just talking to each other and hanging out instead of on the line. I'm not against having a good work culture, but if it's clearly causing delays there's a problem. Long wait, wrong order, and absolutely no customer service. I visited on 7 December 2025, ordered at 8:08 p.m., and received my food more than 20 minutes later. There were plenty of staff working, but no one seemed to know what they were doing, and customers were left standing around with no updates. My order was wrong when it finally arrived. I had the incorrect food and the printed order slip in my hand, but the staff looked confused, offered no apology, and had to check with each other before fixing it. The saddest excuse for a fast food establishment. Customers before me waited an hour for their food and thankfully the staff didn't hesitate when I asked for a refund after waiting 40 minutes. No sense of urgency, satisfactory customer service, or hospitality. Not like customers are expecting much from fast food, but they at least expect it to be FAST, at least faster than a five star Michelin restaurant. Came here on a saturday for lunch. It was busy. We had an issue with one of our mobile orders being sent to the wrong location (another Taco Bell nearby with the same street name) but the manager resolved it for us and was super nice about it. We ordered alot of food and it came out quick and piping hot. Very fresh in comparison to some of the other Taco Bells we have been to. The restaurant was very clean and had a fully stocked sauce bar. Overall, would visit again. Delicious food and great customer service!! read more

Terrible customer service. We came in at 9:45pm and placed a to-go order and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our order. 1st and for most my wife and I never go to Taco Bell only when we feel in the mood usually we go to the one in old town but tn we decided to give it a try. 1. We walked in and they were completely packed and no one was at the register or anything. 2. Completely forgot one of my burritos. Once I asked for it they acted like they didn't know and the person that was supposed to make it made a pissed off face. Just for me asking for what I payed for. They gave me the wrong freeze at first, took it back and I'm assuming gave it to someone in the drive through. The new one they gave me was visibly overflowing and making a huge mess on the counter. I asked for a different one and they just rinsed it in their hand washing sink. Well, what can I say? Taco Bell is there for me when everything else is closed. The drive thru was quick at midnight (as it should be!); the inside was closed because it was so late. The drive-thru employee was soft-spoken but friendly. My order was rung up right, and I got the food exactly as I ordered. I tried the limited-time nacho fries with my tostadas. The nacho fries were salty as expected, nothing too exciting or memorable, although I didn't eat the nacho cheese. Still, I wouldn't get them again. The tostadas hit the spot and were oh so great. There was no stinginess with sauces, either---two thumbs up. That dollar menu is a good friend of the wallet. Thanks for the late-night grub, Taco Bell. read more

The only Taco Bell that I ever felt strongly enough about to review. I had actually been boycotting this particular location, because the service is incredibly slow and they always mess up at least one item in my order. Tonight, the service was quicker, but they still managed to mess up my order. I guess they earned one star for being quick tonight. They have the most inefficient way of calling people's orders out - instead of using a display screen or numbers, they have someone at the counter call out the name associated with the order. Which would be fine, I guess, but most of time the order is called out by someone who barely speaks English, whose voice is muffled by a mask. So that leads to a lot of confusion when it comes time to pick up food from the counter. Also their parking lot must have been designed by a crackhead - the parking lot is tiny and the flow of drive-thru traffic basically blocks in anyone who chooses to park and dine in the restaurant, I have lifted my boycott, but I'm still not happy about it read more

The food is the same everywhere. No complaints. However - we visited on Veterans Day -- asked if they offered any sort of promotion -- was told they would give us a discount for his service. When he tried to show his ID -- the manager ( we think -- a woman) said very sternly they absolutely do not offer any military discount.
