Came here on a saturday for lunch. It was busy. We had an issue with one of our mobile orders being sent to the wrong location (another Taco Bell nearby with the same street name) but the manager resolved it for us and was super nice about it. We ordered alot of food and it came out quick and piping hot. Very fresh in comparison to some of the other Taco Bells we have been to. I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I've ever had at Taco Bell. It started with the AI ordering system, which couldn't understand me at all. I had to ask for a live person, and an employee named Mary took over. Even then, she still couldn't hear me while I was ordering just two simple items: a beef taco and a bean and cheese burrito. I had to raise my voice significantly just to get my order across. When I pulled up to the window, the interaction only got worse. Mary looked at me with what felt like disgust, and when I politely asked for hot sauce, she ignored me. I actually had to honk my horn to get her attention. Even then, she still couldn't hear me, and I had to repeat myself in a much louder voice before she finally handed me the sauce. The biggest disappointment came when I got home. I ordered a beef taco, but when I bit into it, it was filled with beans instead of beef. My receipt clearly shows that I ordered a beef taco. There isn't even a menu item that's simply a bean taco in place of a beef taco. I opened it completely to make sure there wasn't any beef mixed in, but it was beans. Because of the rude interaction at the drive-thru and the incorrect order, I completely lost confidence in the food that I received. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating anything in the bag. I threw away both the taco and the bean and cheese burrito because I no longer trusted that my order had been prepared properly. Whether it was simply carelessness or something else, the entire experience made me question the handling of my food. I wish I didn't have to give this place a rating because it was sooo terrible. I placed an order for pick up. It said 20 minutes. I get there.. it changed to 40 minutes so I waited in my car, not understanding the madness that I was about to walk into. Once I was notified that it was ready I waited 20 minutes in the lobby.. not one staff member acknowledged any of the patrons... there was about 15 of us. However, they were laughing and joking with their friends that came in asking for free food.Customers were asking where their order was.. some were waiting longer than I had. I finally said something because after an hour of waiting I was getting annoyed. I could have just went to a restaurant but because I work at a hospital, I was too tired and just wanted to get quick food and go to bed. Awful wait times. When you get to the box to place your order the first thing you are told is can you please give me a minute. This is fine except that you usually wait 5-10 minutes before you can place your order. Once you place your order it will take minimum 30 minutes for you to get through to pay and get your food. You are better off going to the Taco Bell on Langston Blvd. It will probably be faster! read more

This place is a joke. Regardless of the time or how busy they are, it takes at a minimum 30 mins to get your food, and often time's it's wrong. They consistently have staff just talking to each other and hanging out instead of on the line. I'm not against having a good work culture, but if it's clearly causing delays there's a problem. The inside of the restaurant is FILLED with delivery drivers waiting for food and it often feels like a battle just to get your order when it's ready. read more

The saddest excuse for a fast food establishment. Customers before me waited an hour for their food and thankfully the staff didn't hesitate when I asked for a refund after waiting 40 minutes. No sense of urgency, satisfactory customer service, or hospitality. Not like customers are expecting much from fast food, but they at least expect it to be FAST, at least faster than a five star Michelin restaurant. Long wait, wrong order, and absolutely no customer service. I visited on 7 December 2025, ordered at 8:08 p.m., and received my food more than 20 minutes later. There were plenty of staff working, but no one seemed to know what they were doing, and customers were left standing around with no updates. My order was wrong when it finally arrived. I had the incorrect food and the printed order slip in my hand, but the staff looked confused, offered no apology, and had to check with each other before fixing it. WORST place to doordash from. we door dashed at 8pm and by 10 multiple drivers "picked up" our order but it was never ready. all of them got tired of waiting and cancelled. we called and the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. hopefully the refund goes through. we ordered from the Van Dorn taco bell right after and had a much better experience. overall this taco bell gets a 0/10. never ever ever go especially doordash. read more

1st and for most my wife and I never go to Taco Bell only when we feel in the mood usually we go to the one in old town but tn we decided to give it a try. 1. We walked in and they were completely packed and no one was at the register or anything. 2. Completely forgot one of my burritos. Once I asked for it they acted like they didn't know and the person that was supposed to make it made a pissed off face. Just for me asking for what I payed for. They gave me the wrong freeze at first, took it back and I'm assuming gave it to someone in the drive through. The new one they gave me was visibly overflowing and making a huge mess on the counter. I asked for a different one and they just rinsed it in their hand washing sink. Well, what can I say? Taco Bell is there for me when everything else is closed. The drive thru was quick at midnight (as it should be!); the inside was closed because it was so late. The drive-thru employee was soft-spoken but friendly. My order was rung up right, and I got the food exactly as I ordered. I tried the limited-time nacho fries with my tostadas. The nacho fries were salty as expected, nothing too exciting or memorable, although I didn't eat the nacho cheese. Still, I wouldn't get them again. The tostadas hit the spot and were oh so great. The only Taco Bell that I ever felt strongly enough about to review. I had actually been boycotting this particular location, because the service is incredibly slow and they always mess up at least one item in my order. Tonight, the service was quicker, but they still managed to mess up my order. I guess they earned one star for being quick tonight. They have the most inefficient way of calling people's orders out - instead of using a display screen or numbers, they have someone at the counter call out the name associated with the order. Which would be fine, I guess, but most of time the order is called out by someone who barely speaks English, whose voice is muffled by a mask. So that leads to a lot of confusion when it comes time to pick up food from the counter. Also their parking lot must have been designed by a crackhead - the parking lot is tiny and the flow of drive-thru traffic basically blocks in anyone who chooses to park and dine in the restaurant, I have lifted my boycott, but I'm still not happy about it read more
