After placing a mobile order, I grabbed my food and ate inside. It took about 15 minutes from "place order" to food in hand. After receiving my food and sitting down in the restaurant I was a little bit shocked to find that my food had already cooled down. Other than the undesirable temperature, the food was as expected. My favorite as always was the spicy potato taco! The workers did their best to let us know that they were working on our order and it would be out soon. She repeated everything back to us to make sure it was correct, and you could truly hear the smile in her voice over the speaker. Her positive attitude made the whole experience that much better. If I could rate this place 0 starts I would! I have never received even decent service at this place. Every time I go something is wrong with my order. When sitting in the drive thru the manager continually unplugs the computer to reset her time because they are so in prepared. I'm not sure I have ever received an order like this! read more

I don't know why I keep torturing myself. Every year or two I forget how bad this location is because how could any owner allow their business to continue to be so bad. Two cars in drive through in front of me and one person inside. Total time in line was over 25 minutes. Corporate please take over or close this location as it gives all others a bad name. They are also gaming the clock as they wait 10-15 minutes to take each cars order so it looks like they are making the orders much quicker than it shows on their system. read more

Honestly the worst Taco Bell experience I've had. I have eaten here three times over the past few weeks (Drive Thru), and throughout all of this, the service has been very short of average, and the workers have put in little to no effort. Even after multiple weeks, the freeze machine is STILL broken, and when I ordered nachos and cheese, they only gave me cheese! There wasn't a single chip in my bag, meaning that $9 have been spent for 3 cups of cheese. This restaurant is shameful to the Taco Bell name, and I do not recommend getting food from their drive thru, because it's not worth going back to correct them, as they'll most likely get it wrong once again. read more

The food wasn't fresh, (However it is to be expected because I did a doordash order.) I placed my order on 11/18/22 and picked it up at around 4:50-5:10 PM. It was in fact very very lukewarm. I had made an order for a Steak Nacho Fries Burrito and received unconsensual additions to it. Guacamole.. Beans.. Things that aren't even in the regular Burrito. I'm sure they gave me beef instead of steak in it, as well. I ended up not even eating it, the Burrito was even badly made and wasn't even done correctly, and the customer service was alright. I love Taco Bell this is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this is the worse one I have ever been to. The service is so slow. I have been sitting the drive thru at the speaker for 15 minutes and there was only two people in front of me both of which they also took forever to serve. Both people have now left and I'm still waiting for my order to be taken. They are also never able to make my food right when I've come in the past. The was my last chance to this spot and I will not be coming back. If you plan on eating at Taco Bell. I suggest take the extra time down the road to the next one. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. Most of the time they won't let you order more than 3-4 items per vehicle which makes it a wasted trip if you are ordering for a family. Save yourself the irritation and skip this place. We placed our order at the drive thru. The screen wasn't working but they repeated my order back and I pull up. After 15 minutes the food comes out and I ask "Did you put the mild sauce in the bag?" The reply "Yes ma'am" We get home and not only was there no mild sauce in the bag but a lot of my order was missing. Biggest disappointment ever. Needless to say I now know why my son drives to the other side of town to that Taco Bell. They just need to close the one in Archdale. It's horrible. read more

Went through the drive through at this location and ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with NO TOMATOES. The lady repeated back no tomatoes. It also said it on the screen and also the receipt. Got to the window got my food, made sure the food I ordered was in there, all items were there, drove 15 min home. Finally sat down to eat it and took a bite out of my Crunchwrap to find it full of tomatoes. My boyfriend called a handful of times to the restaurant finally answering. He proceeds to tell them I'm highly allergic and also pregnant and they hang up on him. read more
