The birria tacos were the highlight of the meal--crispy on the outside, packed with flavorful meat, and full of that rich, savory birria taste that keeps you coming back for another bite. The mixed-meat street tacos offered a nice variety, featuring birria, al pastor, and tripa. The al pastor brought a good balance of seasoning, while the tripa added a different texture that taco fans will appreciate 8 out 10 . The ACP was ok but needed more flavor on the rice and a for the grilled chicken and cheese I would have like more flavor on it to but me being the Fatboy I am , I added some of the consommé juice in and mix boom Flavor So all together I'll give them a 7.8 The customer service was great Josue took great care of us

I decided I would order pretty standard fare, a grilled chicken sandwich & fries. My spouse got the chicken tenders & fries. Neither of us were disappointed! My only concern is there aren't a lot of healthy options on the menu, but I also realize this is a food truck! That said, we will definitely order again!

This truck is his latest find, apparently now firmly ensconced in a parking lot in the front of a mobile phone store, just down E Bessemer Avenue from another great little taco source, Taqueria Latinos. Unfortunately, this is a butt ugly stretch of Bessemer Avenue, similar to if not worse than, stretches of recently re-named Gate City Blvd, and apparently still in the political and financial blind spots of the governmental PTB - but perhaps bike lanes are just around the corner! The entire operation is typical as to menu, pricing, and service, resulting in some pretty darn good tacos - throw in a flavorful Burrito with Carne Azada, some very different, very tasty Rice & Beans, all "artfully" done. and you have yourself a really nice lunch of authentic street food. The tacos I tried were the al pastor, carne azada, and chorizo, all nicely decorated & flavored with chopped, raw white onion & cilantro, and came with grilled onions, a giant, grilled jalapeno pepper, and a red, house hot sauce with some noticeable heat. Once the onions, sliced jalapeno, and hot sauce were added, this became an excellent taco - and all for $1.25 each! I hope on my next visit to get the verde sauce, as well. The burrito is quite nice once you're well into it, the outer edges are rather dry tortilla. Inside is a nice assortment of thinly sliced beef, tomatoes, and lettuce - throw in some of the hot sauce, and you are good to go. The rice is a very white version with peas, carrot, and corn, & when well salted, quite tasty. The beans are basically pintos, in a rather soupy liquid, also tasty. I recommend this taco truck for your consideration!

The lunch hours are from 11 - 2, not sure if there are dinner hours, as well. Same fare as the other 2, street tacos, sopes, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and gorditas, and the same meats are available - carne asada, pollo, pastor, chorizo, lengua, tripe, carnitas, barbacoa, and pig skin stew. The tacos are $1, and a pretty good taco it is, especially for that price, though I didn't find them as tasty as the ones I've had at the W. Gate City Blvd location - and no radishes here either. Only got the red pepper sauce here, and it is good, and quite hot. Still, this is solid, cheap food on the run. The folks working this truck are no more friendly or engaging than the other one, but I came here for the food any way.

She was impressed with their posts and they made it easy to navigate their weekly schedule. We arrived shortly after 4pm on a Saturday afternoon at 801 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston. There were several cars there but no line. We approached the food truck and started looking over the menu. Everything they do features birria style meat. Neither of us have much experience ordering birria style dishes but the young man at the window was helpful in his recommendations on what to order for now and what dishes would save best for leftovers. We went with his recommendation to share the quesadilla now and order the tacos for later. The prices range from $12-15 per item but they also have a birria pizza for $35 which looks large enough to feed several people. We paid with a credit card and we're provided a small device that alerts customers when their orders are ready. This was the first time we have ever received something like this and though it was brilliant because so many times you order at a food truck you are stuck standing close by so you can hear your name when the order is ready. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and we decided to drive up the road before eating. When we opened up our containers everything looked incredible. We immediately dug in and the quesadilla was full of delicious ingredients and flavor. I took a few pictures of my tacos but saved them for later. I'm happy to report that they were delicious heated up. We will absolutely be back soon to try even more!
