The owner and the manager have to know what is going on at their establishment. How many times I've been turned away while I'm in the drive-through with two and three Uber drivers in front of me and I'm told they cannot take my order. They are only filling orders for Uber eats. after I have already sat there at the speaker waiting for someone to even acknowledge that I'm there. We are closed for 35 minutes" we then proceeded to just pull around, there was also three cars behind us. Worst Taco Bell I've been to after living all over the country. Drive Thru is the only way you're guaranteed to even get an order and if there's 3 cars ahead of you, back out while you still have a chance. This place is absolutely crippled by even a small amount of traffic. They will screw up your mobile order or just not make it sometimes. They make sure to check off that they're making it and then you can't just cancel using the app. I've never been to a fast food place where I had to cancel my order like this. Yesterday there were multiple people waiting for an hour for mobile pickup. They will ignore you if you just walk in and there are a couple people in the drive thru. Just came back from their drive through. I ordered online because the hours on google and on their website said they were open until 2 am. I go up to the window and the first thing they say is "we're closed." No sign on the door or no indication that they were closed. I said "did you get my order that I did about thirty minutes ago?" The man on the headset said "hold on" and was gone for like 3 minutes. Not a big deal, the big deal was his attitude throughout the entire process. So my experience was a trip- i had originally order on Uber last night and when I had received an incomplete order. items were missing and my tacos had no chicken that I paid extra for. At first I wasn't really that mad, I had called the place explained my situation and the nice lady said they would remake my food if I'd be willing to come in. Still- I said okay, makes sense and I reordered the food and paid for it a second time, thinking I'd just get a refund from Uber when I got home. Well- they made me my food and the chicken was again not there, sauce on the quesdilla that I had said twice I didn't want- No nachos that I had ordered- so then I had to ask them again to fix my order, which the lady was super nice about. She even said my bad, thought it got fixed on the computer- So I was chill UNTIL- the one guy started rolling his eyes in the back- Like dude- I have given no attitude to any of you and been nice the entire time. Regardless, had made my food again and I went home. -.- As I looked in the bag my nachos were not there AGAIN- I'm not exactly sure how hard it is to complete an order but the fact it was wrong that many times and the guy had to give me attitud.
