I placed an order in the app. Arrived to pick it up and they said they were out of both of the items in my order. So I told them to cancel the order, and they said I had to do that in the app. So I left, went back into the app, and it showed my order but didn't give me the option to cancel it. So I went back to the store and asked how to cancel an order in the app. They said I have to call the phone number in the app. I said there is no phone number in the app, so she gave me the number. I said well, I never picked the order up, so will I be charged for it if I don't call the phone number and cancel it? She said yes, you will be charged for it. Unbelievable. I usually go through the drive thru but we have eaten inside a couple of times. I used to love Taco Bell and I still like but either my taste buds have changed or they have changed. It's still good, but I don't love it as much. This one is fine. It's clean inside, and the food is usually right, and fresh and although they get confused about the sauces sometimes (Fire sauce, not Hot sauce please!) they're typically fairly pleasant to deal with. No one has ever been rude, just more apathetic than anything. Still, it's fast food, and I don't expect a lot and this one delivers. It's good, with decent people. This location used to be good but lately it's gone downhill. Hopefully,this location improves soon or I will not go back. The employees were kind but the food was not good. They used to be extremely busy but lately not as much.My food was cold for third time if it was warm I would have been happier. Not to mention they are always out of stuff. I'm rather shocked by this taco bell. They are such friendly staff, yet unable to take orders properly or get them right once ordered. And apparently lack the understanding as to how to make the items ordered. I may have just had a random bad experience, but I highly doubt it, my order was off all the way through. I hope I got the bad experience though, but the staff make up for it though, and the other reviews make me have hope for our alvin Taco Bell. I will have to try it again at some point read more

-Update- during the past 4 months the service has really gone down due to a staff change, Tacos are nearly absent of any meat and burritos overloaded with the horrid cheese sauce even when ordering them without. Sad to see this location start to go down hill. -Old- This Taco Bell is outstanding! They always are friendly and courteous, the food is excellent, dinning area is regularly cleaned.
