I haven't had Taco Bell in a while so I decided I better feed my crave as they say. I put in an online order and went on down to pick it up. The... what do we call spoiled little girls that think they are too good to talk to customers? We will call her Evilyn. Well Evilyn I guess greeted me by saying "what's your order" to which I replied, I have a mobile order for (insert name). Before I finished my sentence she said to pull forward, not please just pull forward. I then was given a drink that was the wrong size but I didn't want her to rip out my soul with her 6 inch hot pink nails so I remained silent. She handed me a bag and said it's all in there. So I just believed her, or did I? I parked and found that Evilyn had made yet another mistake 3 missing tacos out of an order of 3 tacos and one nacho bell grande (please don't judge lol). So I went through the drive through and was created with "what's your order" to which I replied "I had the mobile order..." I was cut off again. "Pull forward" I heard from the box so I did. Evilyn said there are no mobile orders so I told her that there were some missing items. She walked away and a nicer person handed us a bag. Odd that without telling Evilyn she knew what was missing and had one of her victims... I mean co-workers bring it to me. I got my food but I nearly lost my life. Ah, Taco Bell. Your run of the mill late-night hotspot for all of your cheesy faux-Mexican needs. Why would I spend the time reviewing a Taco Bell? Because the service is freaking amazing at this location. Seriously - these are some of the most genuine, hardworking fast food workers I've ever seen. I come here quite frequently for work. I often bring clients through the drive-thru to grab a bite. Sometimes my clients aren't quite sure what they want, and order without exchanging niceties such as "please" and "thank you." On many occasions there are some unique requests made, and my clients may get upset. But this Taco Bell has accommodated them *every single time* with the upmost professionalism and grace. They've dealt with some situations who would make lots of people (including myself) impatient without any fuss or attitude that I'd get from other fast food restaurants. Orders are always accurate, and the service is always friendly and apologetic even when there isn't a reason to be sorry. I just want to send a thumbs up and thank you to the staff here for all of your hard work and excellence in customer service. Y'all rock out hard. read more

Stopped here after work yesterday night. Drive-thru was pretty clear, and all I thought was.. SWEET! I didn't want to wait too long considering my grueling long work day and my growling stomach. I got up to the speaker and the employee was very welcoming. His tone actually seemed like he was happy to take my order- we all know this is rare nowadays! He was in no way rushing me and helped me out a bit by explaining what was in a certain menu item. Bonus points! Thank you for your patience! Not sure what your name was but you had brown shaggy hair and glasses. Props to your great customer service. My food was nice and hot. Got 7 items and only spent a little over 8 bucks. If I had to choose only one restaurant to eat at - I'd choose Taco Bell. This particular Bell has quick, efficient service. I've been there many, many times and have yet to have an incomplete order. And to top it all off, they know the proper way to make a Mexi-melt (not too much meat, a healthy balance of cheese, and just the right amount of pico). A recent remodel makes this Bell good for dine-in as well. read more

It seems they intentionally put one less item in your order so that it's not worth your time to go back to the end of the line in an eight car drive thru, so they basically profit from nickel-and-dime cheating their customers. Shift lead Matthew wouldn't refund me one red cent over the phone, not even for the missing item. Their attitudes are unprofessional and the customer service sucks. I'll never go here again. I am so tired of this particular Taco Bell I'm done with them. They consistently screw up our orders, and this evening they made me wait longer than usual, while the manager and two of the staff are goofing around while one young lady seems to be doing all the work. I get home to find I didn't get a chicken burrito I paid for. I called the phone number on the receipt and it rang until someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I live right next to this taco bell and have been going here since i was very young. These tacos have been a simple pleasure growing up. I came back yesterday during a busy time for them because the drive thru was backed up so i walked inside to order. After ordering i sat and waited...for at least 15 minutes, i was watching the only white kid making my food...i was falling asleep watching the speed of his hands slowly reaching the ground beef. Unbelievable how they hire people incapable of working at a decent pace. The mexican manager guy (im assuming) is extremely friendly though because when he hands out the food he always has a happy expression even when its clearly busy. I had a supposed manager call the cops on me for no reason. He was a small guy with orange hair and smiled and waved out of the window like a coward while he called the cops. Three units came because I asked how cheese was put inside a taco shell. He was clearly a racist and was only calling the police because I am African American. I called the General Manager and he did nothing about it. The ignorance of the employee could of ended up with me being killed over asking how cheese is put into a shell. But today I decided to come to the location in Aloha. the customer service just made my experience with taco bell even better. I have to give props to this amazing young worker, I couldn't get her name unfortunately but shes always outside taking orders. Is so funny and cute, she gave me her favorite food recommendations and 10/10 would get it again. She kept complementing me on my car and that just made my day way better. Poor Attitude. Management needs to take a look a proper training of staff. Was told they were no longer offering 7 layer burrito and I should just get a burrito without meat ,"was same thing". 7 layer has tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, rice beans, lettuce,beans and cheese. Since I had to wait in line anyway, couldn't back up I ordered the $3.59 bean burrito. Only ingredients on it were very soupy refried beans and a small amount of cheese, may 3 tiny pieces of lettuce. It's NEVER made right. Got home with my food and it didn't have any sauce or onion on it. I CLEARLY asked for it 3 times. Went all the way back they re made it for me after I waited for 8 minutes with no one even in line. Pulled forward and checked and THEY STILL HAD NO SAUCE OR ONION. The food here is usually decent , they get the order right, but there isn't much more positive to say than that. Even speaking clearly they seem to hear the incorrect thing, which always results in having to correct them at least a few times until they have it right. As Taco Bell goes, this one is okay. The drive through is open late, earning it a bonus star. Dining in is hit or miss.
