lol $14 for 3 items? And I remember these items being better, too. Look, if you're going to pay $14 for dinner, then just go to the taco truck like 1/2 mile away and get 3x the food, AND the food is better, AND it usually costs less. I love this location!!! Great staff, relatively fast service, plus the early morning crew and night crew are pretty nice. The ONLY complaint I have is that they took away the "build your own cravings box". Ugh, so sad. That was my go to, legit would get it all the time. Wanted to give a work recognition for the crew working at midnight. They did an absolute excellent job getting cars out the drive through. I just came from the other location on 185th and it took 35 mins to move only 2 cars. I was about 10 cars behind at this location and they had me in and out in less than 20 mins. Wanted to give a huge appreciation to Momo the shift leader for coordinating correctly and doing her absolute best to get cars as fast as she could while having a great attitude and smile on her face. Service still friendly. Casual atmosphere. Food is still good, but The chalupa shells are still cold, and they dont seem as well filled as the regular tacos. Have to ask the staff to unlock the bathroom in order to use it. Also have to use a machine to place an order. read more

It's hit or miss at this location. Some days the food is perfect and other days my chulupa shell is still frozen!

When we showed up the store was empty and the drive through had one car. My friend and I ordered through the kiosks at the same time. We waited for 50 minutes to speak with someone and no member of staff in that time were calling out names or discussing wait times with customers. After 50 minutes the store had become quite full of frustrated customers. Even two EMT's had to leave because the wait was simply too long and the manager just told them "it's just not ready, I'm doing my best." No communication between employees, or from employees to customers. Just a lot of waiting and silence. Oh and my friend got her food, but it's been another 15 for mine, and hers was made wrong. read more

The Taco Bell on TV highway in Aloha, 0r near Burger King, I haven't been to Taco Bell in over 20 years. I went there today to pick up some orders for patients at St. Mary's. The staff was rude right from the start, Why? Because I had the audacity to ask for meat in my bean burrito to begin with. They only have bean burritos, I asked, "So, no matter what I'm willing to pay I can't get the taco meat in my bean burrito?"Secondly, I had to be treated rudely because I am in the hated 1%, people who can actually pay for the added $1.49 for extra beef or pay whatever to make the advertising picture actually the same as what I got in the bag. They show a picture of a taco shell half full. What you actually get is a Taco shell with just enough meat for it to remain in the meat category and stay out of the meat vapor classification. I got several replies from the team leader that they don't give more than that serving/vapor. And my bean /vapor burrito was no consolation for the rude service. I asked her to refund the extra meat charge because it was just a bean burrito. She insisted there was meat in it, She said that's their portion of meat on the burrito that doesn't exist. The invisible meat on the non-existent meat and bean burrito, now only 1.49 extra. So if you are looking for invisible meat in your tacos and burritos and people who are clue-less on customer service, this place will probably fail your already lowered expectations as well. Customers will experience difficulties receiving their food ordered through the kiosk because this specific location like many others prioritizes drive thru customers. There's almost always no one at the kiosk when walking in, and they will give you a hard time when paying cash so card only. But drive-thru customers register is always available to take cash, which is ridiculous. The quality of the environment is dull, lacking good music and happy workers. Bring back the nacho and fries combo bundles featuring soft potato taco with drinks. Everything is becoming expensive for no reason. Bring back affordable taco bell. read more

I understand that times get busy especially this time around with this pandemic but when people keep complaining about "missing items" management needs to kick in. I was picking up a DoorDash order and had to wait for it to be made on the spot because of system errors but wasn't upset at all due to the amazing manager! She was so kind to us but most importantly her employees! It was so nice to see and she made the situation better just by her positive attitude! The sink hole at the end of the drive through is so wild I can't even get taco Bell cuz the lobby is closed and they is no option to buy and have someone bring it out to you. If I want taco Bell I have to ruin my bumper going through this 4x4 course. I just wanted some tacos, I didn't sign up for a rally track. I mean I drive a car not a lifted monster truck. Super rude drive through cashier. I asked her how much my meal should have been at the window because I thought I might have been overcharged. When she answered me, I said, "I thought it was cheaper on your menu. She said, "that's impossible and I'm not going to help you steal money". I told her I was just trying to figure out if I got overcharged and that I didn't appreciate her insinuating that I was trying to be dishonest. Everytime i decide to eat at the tv highway Taco Bell in Aloha because of it being closer to me than literally any other Taco Bell which have their issues, but better service, i am time and time again disappointed. This last time was probably the best service yet from the nice lady at the drive thru who was attentive and answered questions nicely which is the only reason for a single star in this rating lol, but never once has this Taco Bell given me sour cream on my tacos literally every single time i go i order a supreme taco thinking there's no way they'll fuck it up this time but they somehow do. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and instead they decided to half grill and slap a giant piece of cheese to the outside of the burrito which i then had to peel off because of it not being fully cooked idk how they fucked up grilling cheese, but they did. I've seen a lot of reviews here saying the meat portions are terrible and i haven't personally had that be an issue for me but i don't understand how they were able to fold this burrito with how little meat they put in it and also no sour cream inside except for the very bottom made the whole burrito taste terrible. Never going here again I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to any other Taco Bell just do avoid paying extra money for invisible sour cream. Ok, so I only seldom eat fast food and I don't think Yelp! reviews for fast food restaurants are necessary, but this Taco Bell impressed me so much that I had to write one! I stopped in the drive-thru yesterday because I needed a quick post-workout meal. First off, the gentleman who took my order was as sweet as a peach. His voice was so calming and soothing -- not like your typical "let me just rush to get your order and get you out of here" voice. I ordered two chalupas sub beans for meat, no cheese, no sour cream. He got my order perfectly. Sometimes I would have to repeat the beans for meat thing because people are sometimes like, "What? No meat?" Same young gentleman who took my order also gave me a generous amount of hot sauce packets and napkins. YES! I dislike when places are stingy with condiments and napkins. Like yo, I like sauce and I'm a messy eater. + they're both cheap items. My receipt was in the bag just like I wanted it to be and my order was on point.
