Came here thrice in the past month during the evening time and they are always short staffed. The first time my order got mixed up and took a bit. The second time, it took me almost 30 minutes to order: the third time, I couldn't even order through the drive thru. They told me they're only accepting Uber eats, door dash and Grubhub pick orders. I only wanted soft tacos but they told me they're so short staffed they can't make those. Super bad level of service and they need to get their shortage situation fixed ASAP. read more

I have never encountered such rude customer service from a Taco Bell before. The peculiar thing is that over the years I've used the drive through at this location many times and the service has been friendly, fast, and welcoming. However, my last two visits I chose to go inside to place and receive my order. Both times the person who gave me my food couldn't be bothered to express even an ounce of professional courtesy, even as I thanked her. In fact, on the second visit the rude woman who called my name and gave me my food tossed the bag along the counter in my general direction. When I checked my items I noticed my bottled water was missing. I asked where I might acquire my water and she casually waved her hand towards the drink dispenser as she turned and walked away. The young man at the register saw all of this and was retrieving a cup for me when he looked at the register to see my order. He quickly told the woman that my order required a bottled water. She grabbed an Aquafina, placed it on the counter in front of me and walked off, as if I was being a bother. I thanked the young man and left, just to discover minutes later that they gave me the wrong order. If ever I decide to eat at Taco Bell again it most certainly will not be this one. read more

Horrible just plain and simple horrible! That greasy mess they called meat was so terrible and greasy that by the time I got home the bottom of my crunchy tacos was just a nasty unpleasant paste I would've driven back, but I knew that if I had it would've just gone wrong so I took the loss and said never again. I never thought I would make a review like this but apparently I am. The food here was terrible. It made me feel extremely sick and after some time it felt like I was exploding a bathroom toilet. The service was pretty decent but it was well understaffed. I wasn't able to get the refund I deserved because there was no manager available.I will not come back here. read more

I'd give them lower, but it's not possible. They have constantly "not found" my mobile order, or I've had to wait more than 45 minutes to have it made multiple times. The staff is unapologetic and short with customers, regardless of how nice the customer is being. At this point I'll just find another way to suppress my taco needs. read more

I don't usually leave comments to places like this because I know food will not be great. But, this is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this at a Taco Bell. I went during lunch, 11:30am and they had no customers, my food was all cold, one chalupa was greasy and soggy and smelled like it was left out a few days, the other chalupa I got all the lettuce and tomatoes were rotten. Usually love Taco Bell, but not this one- We stick with same # off the menu so should not be much variations on flavor or you would think, arrived at home and was disappointed as the shells were stale, and the cheese was dried up, kind of hard to go wrong with taco bell but somehow they did it. So I ordered 8 tacos which barley had ANYTHING in it and all I can say is stay away from this place and go to the one in Kingstowne or baileys cause this place is just skimp with everything. Food wasn't bad. Employees were less than friendly. Mostly writing in to show the waste that's going into a landfill. The mountain of sauce they gave us should concern management. They want to charge more than their drive-thru pricing board and got nasty when I informed them of the discrepancy. They said we charge what's in the computer system, NOT what's on the board. I ordered 3 Crunchy Tacos (supreme) at $1.99 each (drive-thru price). Round that to $2 each, times 3 = $6, then add 6% tax, which brings the total to about $6.36. I did this in my head and knew the total should be a few cents less because I rounded up. BUT, they told me on their speaker that the total would be $6.97. I knew that was wrong, and reviewed the order with them. After confirming the order was right, they told me the tacos were $2.19 each. I said your board says $1.99. THREE minutes later they agreed to the lower price, and said PULL FORWARD! At the window to pick up the food, the Manager handled the transaction (she wore a different uniform than the others). I said your board lists a different price. I had taken a pic on my phone and placed it to the glass. She said, I HAVE EYES AND DON'T NEED TO LOOK AT THAT, then slammed the small sliding door in the window. She gave excellent advice to cure my Crunchy Craving, She was named appropriately because she was tacos Bell gift to me. Thankyou Gifty for your 5 star service. Cashier was stupid . She didn't even know how to work the register . How are you going to have someone attending customers and not know what she is doing like don't you train your employees before putting them to work with customers. Then I ask to be read my order to be sure of what I was paying for and instead I'm asked to repeat my order twice and she still gets my order wrong then she's assisted by two other employees and she still couldn't figure out the register .
