Long John Silver's is terrible. Literally the fish was fish Jerkey and oozing grease. Hushpuppy greasy and a funny black green streak on it. They are out of tarter sauce. Fries were OK. The worst customer service ever. First ordered a chicken quesodilla and received a cheese one instead. Then went into the place and ordered a bean burrito. The burrito was so thin and hardly any beans but plenty of cheese. The employees did not care and neither did the manager. This one is so poorly ran that they need to just close it down. The attitudes of all employees are bad and they are rude. I would say do not go to this place. This is also the first one that does not serve the cinna buns after breakfast at least that is what they say. Everywhere else does. They ran out of tortillas! How does a Mexican fast food place run out of tortillas! Since I had done the order online, they had no control over refunds. UPDATE: This place continues to be a disappointment. There have been several times that our food is stale and unappetizing (ex: dried out, barely edible chalupa shells that have obviously been sitting under a warmer since who knows when). Waited for 35 minutes in the drive-thru before receiving my food, 25 of those minutes were spent waiting to place my order! If it weren't for a mega pregnancy craving I would've gone somewhere else. They gave her a chicken quesadilla, and she hasn't eaten meat in an extremely long time. She accidentally ate a very small amount before realizing the atrocious monstrosity of a mistake. This has sent her into a raging violent butthole attack. Please pray for her if you read this. She is on the toilet right now. That is truly horrifying to me as someone with a violent food allergy. Handsome workers on saturday and sunday, very good service, quick with getting orders out and outstanding customer service

I had never been to a bad Taco Bell but today is the day that changed. First the person taking the orders in drive thru was extremely rude! While ordering she rushed us continuously. They were out of the first few things we had ordered so we had to decide what we wanted. Once we go to the window she threw a plastic cup basically in my face and told me to put the money in the cup, I handed it to her and then she handed my drinks and nearly dropped them because she was moving so hard and fast. Once we got our order I had to go back into the line to let them know we were missing our nachos. I pulled up to the window which was already open and you could hear the 3 workers inside saying, "well I doubt she even ordered" and another employee leaned down and said "well how much did you pay for your order" so handed her the receipt, she looked and told the other employees. "Well she did actually pay" and I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to hand me, a bag of chips and the smallest cup of cheese ever. DEFINITELY DIDNT LOOK LIKE THAT IN THE PICTURE! read more

I would never think to review a chain fast food place bc when you think of "Taco Bell" you think you know what you are getting.... But, why anyone would go to the overcrowded McDonalds next door over this place is beyond me. I had never had Taco Bell breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap and good it was. My picky kids even asked for a second breakfast burrito hat cost all of $1 each! What a deal! We were driving through so we also were happy with the clean bathrooms. The employees were friendly and quick. One of them even offered my girls a free order of cinnamon sticks before we left. This restaurant, in my opinion, is a perfect example of one that gives no consideration for the needs of its customers. In this day and age with diabetes running rampant, how does a restaurant not offer one sugar-free drink? Then they have a audacity to charge for water? We ate on the Long John Silver's side. They offer no smaller meals for children or seniors. The only option is to buy a full meal at an expensive price. I ended up throwing out over half. Walked up to counter inside where 2 employees were standing. Neither of them looked up or said anything to me. A cashier was counting her drawer while another employee who I assumed was a manager watched. Cashier was counting super slow and out loud. I waited for minutes as she counted quarters then dimes.
