They also have Lengua and Tripa tacos for the adventurous. The meat is wrapped with two soft corn tortillas, sprinkled with onions and cilantro, and served with a slice of lime on the side. They are good sized and a steal at $1.50 each. This is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to.

The Met is a unique building downtown Lima. It was built in the late 1880's and was originally home to the The Metropolitan Bank. The team here is very friendly, professional and welcoming. Ashley was outstanding. She hustled, knew her menu and had great recommendations. The Met has a large food menu that has something for everyone. They have a large selection of beverages and specialty cocktails. All at reasonable prices. We started with a couple of Mule drinks.
