However, I observed an older white woman walk in and then one of the older associates proceeded to say excuse me to me and then greet the lady and ask if she needed help. It was almost as if I didn't exist. My question is why work in customer service if you dislike interacting with different types of people? That makes no sense to me. I've reported this issue to customer service and hope they train their employees to be more culturally responsive and accepting.

My daughter is getting…read moremarried in May and the boutique where I bought my gown suggested Soma to me because I needed a strapless bra and they said they would fit me etc. I traveled quite a bit to get to the Natick Mall store and once there I was beyond disappointed. When I asked about fittings i was brought out back by a very young girl who clearly did not know how to measure or do a fitting. If I had not asked to wait while I took off my sweater/coat she would've measured me with it on. The measuring tape was held very loosely and I am guessing was about 2 inches at least too loose. The first bra she brought me was hanging off. I suggested a smaller band but instead she said a smaller cup. So that barely fit me. At this point I just gave up because she clearly did not know what she was doing. My younger daughter was with me as well and had the same experience. I would never suggest this store to anyone. Considering the prices they charge I would think the service would be much better. I should also mention I tried twice to make appointments for sittings online and never heard back so we tried walking in today. I would've been even more upset had we made an appointment and had this experience. Bottom line if you are looking for a true fitting and good service this is NOT the place! If I could give zero stars I would.

I've been searching for a good bra fitting since Lady Grace closed doors. I eventually found a size that works, but the woman who fitted me measured me only once, no band measurement nor across the top. LG always measured me three times. Also, when I asked, I was told that it was a special kind of tape measure that showed sizes, so only one measurement was needed. This might work for some people, but I've always had a hard time finding bras that fit just right, aside from LG. As I mentioned above, I eventually found something and am happy with the product I bought. However, the fitting service was not great for me, and I had to find my own bras after trying on two different sizes that the salesperson brought me, neither of which fitted me correctly.

We returned $125 worth of items and kept $74 worth of items. I should have received a refund of $125 to my credit card. Instead I received $94 to my credit card and a NEW $30 gift card. I called, emailed, and chatted with customer service. After 6 days of no one getting back to me, I called again. They told me that yes, they processed the refund incorrectly, but they can't change it on their end, so I'll have to settle for a $30 gift card instead of the credit to my credit card. In addition, as I tried to explain the issue, the customer service rep kept interrupting me. Incredibly rude. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the refund processed properly. I will NEVER order from them again and would advise everyone against ever ordering with them. Terrible customer service and they will basically steal your money.

The sales they often have are great. When I got a few items they were an additional 30% off of the sale price. My tip is to wait for items to go on sale because chances are they will. I was patient and waited for some sweatshirts and they went on clearance for $15. My one complaint about the store is it's always way too hot inside. Their regular priced items are a little higher than what I would want to pay but definitely not unreasonable.
