The repair person (I do not know his name) didn't make me any promises. He simply said that he'll try to see if it starts and go from there. I agreed to pay some $$ for a diagnosis even though it wasn't requested when I dropped the phone. So, I had a real problem. I had just spilled some water in a freak accident on my MacBook Air and I…read moreknew this was not good. I quickly turned to Yelp and Brad was the first person I called. From the get go I could tell he was knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly knew exactly what to do to fix my computer. We made an arrangement for me to come up to his location in Vista (not hard to do) and when I saw all of the Mac certifications on the wall I knew I had come to the right place. Within two hours he had replaced the mother board with a much better one (the laptop by then had become basically a paperweight that wouldn't even turn on) and gave me a very respectable price between the service and labor.
