Usually when a place gets hyped up to me, it ends up underwhelming. Table Six Kitchen and Bar got super hyped up to me. And totally lived up to expectations, and then some. This place is the bomb. Their menu is so eclectic but also inviting. I honestly wanted everything. I'd order every item. The space itself is really nice. Open. Nice bar. Clean. Great bathroom setup. Down to earth, but also a touch of swankiness. Modern. The service was great. It was busy but the girl was super nice and helpful. The prices are way less than I expected. My wife and I ordered like half the menu. A half order of chicken and waffles, 3 Korean tofu tacos, 3 fish tacos, a order of their T6 fries, and it was only $32. How is that even possible. Like, our table was full of food and people were giving us weird looks. The fries came in a huge bowl and were sooo tasty. Loaded with parmesan and came with a lemon tasting aioli. The half order of chicken and waffles was huge. Enough that it probably would have been enough food for us on its own. Very tasty boneless white meat on the chicken. The fish tacos were outstanding, loved the sauce on them. I'm normally not that into tofu, but the Korean tofu tacos stole the show. Super filling, so much flavor, a great crunch, and loved the feta. Yay! A restaurant in North Canton that is not a chain. I had the fish and chips, although there were other things I would have liked to try too. Fish was flaky and flavorful. Fries were fresh cut, and a perfect crispy texture. Had a flight of beer and also one of the desserts. I forget the name. Very nice ambiance but food was just ok. Prices are a little high. My wife ordered chicken tacos. She got 3 tacos which each had 1 piece of chicken about the size of your baby finger. M son got the Cuban which also was small. I had a burger which tasty but small and the fries can in a tall container like a stainless steel drinking glass. Nice presentation but there were whole fries on top but after that the container was filled with bits and pieces of fries. Finally do NOT sit near the kitchen. The kitchen is open so you can see in and anytime someone sends a tip to the kitchen the cooks bang on pots and pans and yell. Wow what a meal!!! We were actually headed to a different restaurant down the street but the string lights on the patio at Table 6 caught our eye and we decided to detour. We are so glad we did! I promise I'm not always this excited about the food I have but Table 6 left little to be desired. The menu was fantastic and luckily we seemed to make the right choices when it came to ordering. We chose to order the Short Rib Sliders but asked if we could have them on the Pretzel slider buns that were offered with a different dish. The waitress asked and got the go ahead. They were phenomenal. The meat, the cheese, the sauce.....and of course the amazing pretzel bun. The baja fish tacos had the most crunchy, flaky fish and the slaw and sauce were fantastic. Lastly, the lobster tacos were also amazing. Despite lobster being my favorite food, I actually thought the other two dishes were the clear winners with this one still being very good. Our server was very sweet and patient with us. She refilled drinks promptly and took great care of us. Our brief interaction with the hostess was also good. We travel to Cleveland often and happened to be down in the Canton/ Akron area and were so lucky to find this place. It is certainly the best restaurant we have been to in the area. read more

Had a great time! Got the goat cheese salad with salmon and it was excellent. Our server was great and very attentive!

We had a reservation but it took a long time to seat us. These was an issue with my husbands dinner in kitchen so they brought the whole table of food out except for his. The chef came out and said something happened in the kitchen but his meal would be right out. Took 15-20 more minutes. We waited to eat so we could eat as a family for my daughter's birthday but everything was cold. They didn't apologize or offer anything for messing all this up. Not to mention the booth we sat at was unclean and the floors were a mess. read more

Came on a Tuesday at 1:30 for a late lunch as we were passing thru. I was surprised how busy at that time. Plenty of parking. Pleasant staff. Sat at the bar. HUGE bar with lots of seating. The one bartender (Shannon) did a great job of running it all back there!! Got the California chicken. No bun & blackened. SOOOO GOOD!! What a great find. From start to finish Tom was an amazing server/bartender offering informed recommendations and making our night truly memorable. The cocktails were amazing (Tom made them) to the cheeseburger sliders, chicken and waffles and then the lobster tacos, it was an outstanding dinner. Wish they were in Columbus -- we'd be regulars.
