I mentioned multiple dietary restrictions, the need for dinnerware/glassware, and my hope to have an attendant to help serve/clean up. Jeff went above and beyond to meet all of those needs. He and his team member arrived two hours early to prep and set up a grazing table that we enjoyed while he prepared the main course. He then served the main course and dessert, all while cleaning up after us. The food was all amazing, but what impressed me the most was his attention and care for the small details - he brought ice and non-alcoholic drinks when he didn't have to, he brought to-go boxes so I was able to send food home with guests, just to name a few. Finally, the Monday after the party, he drove all the way back to the party location in Nashville to pick up glasses since some were still in use when he was packing up to leave. I had many guests ask me for his contact information because they loved the food. Do yourself a favor and hire Jeff/Chef's Table. He will be a hit with your guests and make your life easier.

You can choose from an array of different meals, from individual items to family style dinners to bulk items. They've also got vegetarian, paleo, keto, low-carb meals for those following certain diets. You're able to order as many or as few as you want. You have the option to have your meals delivered to your door for a very reasonable fee, or you can choose to swing by their kitchens to pick up. I've done both, and I really like the delivery option because they give you text updates on when the driver is on the way, when your meals are delivered, and the meals are left in a cooler bag in case you aren't home. The meals: They come in meal prep containers (think Chinese takeout containers if you're unfamiliar). I think the portion sizes are great, especially compared to some competitors in the area. Enough for you to get reasonably full. In general, I've been pretty impressed with the taste of the food. There were maybe only 3 meals out of the thirty+ i've ordered that I would be hesistant to order again. Keep in mind, it's meal prepped food, and supposed to be relatively healthy for you, so don't expect it to be the best tasting meal you've ever had. But almost everything I've had has been flavorful and tasty. I als love that they've always got something new and exciting on the menu. The price: I generally purchase the individual meals, and these usually range anywhere from $8 to $12. I generally buy 2 meals a day for the work week, so i'm paying anywhere between $60 - $100 depending on what kind of meals I select. It gets to be pretty pricey, especially in comparison to some of the other meal prep companies out there. And that's really the only downside to ordering from them in my opinion. If they are going to keep their prices so high, I wish they would at least put out coupon codes/sales for their returning customers.

When I got my sandwich I couldn't believe how piled high it was with pulled pork and slaw! Very generous portions! The pulled pork was super tender, moist, and delicious. The cole slaw was really tasty with a bit of sweetness. The sandwich was really good, and with the generous portions I got to enjoy grabbing a fork and finishing off the pork that fell onto my plate. They mostly do catering and events, but with BBQ this good I'm hoping they'll have a restaurant location at some point soon.
