Dine-in, take-out, and catering options are available. They even have a food truck. Smokiness of the turkey came through. Candied cajun bacon was yummy. The rest of the ingredients (pepperjack, garlic pepper aioli, tomato-vinaigrette, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle) complemented one another nicely. It was indeed deliciously different! My eldest daughter got the Chicken Bacon Ranch that came with smoked chicken, bacon, jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, pepperjack, and ranch. I got to taste one bite of it. It was pretty good. Both my daughter and I approve. Side of mac n cheese was just okay. Didn't give us any WOW factor.
