I ordered the Sea Bass and it was served butterfly style and chargrilled (not breaded) and it was perfectly seasoned and even though she brought oil and vinegar to the table it was really not needed for the fish. The little burst potatoes were cooked just right as well - sometimes potatoes get dry when cooking --- Portugal has this absolutely figured out. And last but 100% not least - this was the best Sangria my husband and I have ever had. We tried at last 6 other pitchers at different locations that week and not a single one held a candle to this one... its *the* best.
