My 1st visit was a few months ago. Back with my uncle. He loves cigars and whiskey- perfect! There was only 1 girl working. And it got pretty busy at at point where it took a long time for service because she was making drinks, serving them, cashiering, helping people with the humidor and cigar sales. Other than that it was a great time. My 2nd visit was today to pick up some gift cards for the same Uncle becuz it's his bday. This is where things went south. Again, 1 girl working EVERYTHING. It was too busy to provide proper service. But she took it in stride. I asked for 2 gc's one of $100 and one of $75. The girl didn't know how to ring them in so she had to speak with someone else via phone. That person had to send her a video on how to ring the gc's. Fine. Then she rang them in. This place charged me an activation fee of $3.50 per gift card. AND tax on each gift card!!!!!! I challenged it and told the girl I have never purchased gift cards anywhere that have ever charged me an activation fee AND tax! So you get taxed buying the g.c's and then taxed again when u redeem them--- RIDICULOUS @Tabacon!!!!! The girl was nice and tried to find out from the "mystery person" about why that happened and she was told by that person to tell me that's just the way it is set up in their system. Soooooooo, I will now never, ever buy a GC from them again! It's much more worth your while to just bring the person there yourself and pay for their experience. At least you only get taxed once and no activation fee to pay either. Needless to say my feet were to the fire because I needed the gift for my uncle. So I paid all that which I should not be charged as the customer. read more

A pretty nice and spacious addition to Plantation Walk. The staff here was very friendly and when my friend and I walked into the cigar shop, the women gave us a couple recommendations. Once we made our pick we grabbed a couple seats and kept the tab open. They were friendly and gave us the option of using a torch or matches and cane to check on us every so often. Prices are very reasonable and they have choices for everyone here. I like the design of the place and they had a ton of options for drinks. I do wish the side seats had a little table because we had nowhere to put out drinks that we got. My only complaint about this place was the DJ they had absolutely blasting music. I understand it's a Friday night but they could definitely have the person lower the music because it's a relatively small place and it was way too loud. The DJ also had flashing lights that were incredibly annoying and not needed. The bathroom was super clean and they even offered mouthwash which is a nice little touch! read more

SERVICE: My husband took me along his second time and as soon as he came in the very nice bartender greeted him by his name!! I mean, talk about attention to detail and customer service!! All the nice/comfortable seats were occupied and only the reserved area was available. We are not members here but the kind manager offered to sit us in the reserved area until the members came. He literally went above and beyond with that one. Another bartender came and greeted us by our last name and took our order. I was shocked at how detailed oriented these people were. DECOR: Exceptional. The owner has a great eye. You can clearly tell that he spent a good chunk in this place. EXTRA: It did have like a few seats in front of the store for anyone that wanted fresh air but the outside doesn't give you that luxurious feel like the inside does. My only complaint being a non smoker is that although they had good ventilation my sinuses were a little sensitive. But this is normal for me and I'm not use to the smoke.
