It was also a Wednesday and they have "Weiner Wednesday" - all beef hot dogs with various toppings. We ordered the Margherita pizza, with a side of prosciutto and extra basil, a char and cup pepperoni pizza and two hot dogs - one regular and one cheese and beef. I also ordered two flights and tried the majority of the lighter beers and IPAs. I liked all the beers except for the vanilla sundae IPA...that was an interesting concept but a bit too sweet for me. The Pilsner was my favorite - super crisps and delicious. The staff were super nice and attentive and the decor is fun with a lot of string lights. The pizza was delicious- I am so picky about pizza and it was so good. I wasn't expecting a brewery to have legit Neapolitan pizza but they did. The hot dogs were tasty took on a sesame hot dog but which I thought was a nice touch. The only thing I wish they'd done differently was toast the hot dog bun. It got a bit soggy while I was eating due to the toppings. This is a popular brewery but it still felt really chill. Bathrooms were clean and kept up. Honestly would be here all the time if I lived in this area. Very highly recommend!

To make matters worse, I handed the bartender $40 to cover a $15 tab, and she kept the change without clarification.
