Full disclosure - I typically only come here for steamer clams, garlic bread, stone crab chowder and a cocktail or three. Ambiance is perfection, said items above never disappoint, and it's my happy place whenever getting back to Dania. Don't skip the bread btw - those clams are sitting in a bunch of white wine and garlic clam juice gold. You'll thank me later ;)

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. Its located above a pier, with both indoor and outdoor seating. My first visit, we sat outside with a great view of the pier and beach. I had the stone crab chowder, which was good and a Ceasar salad, also pretty good. My second time I had the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp arrived on a sizzling plate with sauteed peppers and onions. Served on a separate tray was shredded cheese & lettuce. The tray also had two small containers of pico de gallo, sour cream and 3 warmed fajita wraps. The fajitas were good and so was the service. I think this place is best if you're looking for the beachside experience at a reasonable cost.

For some people Disney is the happiest place on earth but not me...it's THE QUARTERDECK! Maybe it's the nostalgia, having come here every year since I was a kid. Maybe it's the view, or the beach cocktails and seafood. Either way I will always come back. Off menu steamer clams and garlic loaf and a bowl of stone crab chowder and...." bring me 2 Pina coladas...One for each hand... The million dollar view of the ocean and the Dania Beach pier is why I come here. I have never hung out on the beach here but have eaten here several times. The fish tacos are excellent, but really enjoy just having a cocktail or beer on the patio bar and feel the ocean breeze. Certain times a year it will be very windy so even though it's hot out bring a light jacket. I sat inside on my first visit but it felt closed in and in need of an upgrade. Just a nice place to relax and watch cruise ships slowly glide by and the waves crash.

The chicken tacos were okay, with a big portion. I had to add hot sauce to make them taste better. The rice and beans were mixed together, and the coleslaw was dried out and tasteless. The service was nice and fast.

It was a wonderful experience Maleah R was our server she was so sweet very attentive made my experience so wonderful thank Maleah R and our food runner I didn't get his name but he was so nice. Gave us a big smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed the views of the beautiful beach. Thanks again for making our simple lunch so enjoyable.

This is a cool little sports bar by the water, right next to the "beach" of Dania Beach. With both an inside dining room and terrace dining literally above the waves, you can enjoy lunch & dinner whether you're coming straight from the beach or a little dressier. It is also dog friendly! I stopped by the other night for a casual dinner, and the food was pretty good in a sports bar vibe. I ordered their half rack of ribs with a loaded, baked potato, and my dining companion ordered a mahi-mahi chop salad. Being sophisticated, I ordered a glass of Chardonnay. My ribs had a nice amount of meat on them and we're pretty well coated with sauce which everyone knows is what makes excellent barbecue. As far as my side, the baked potato was loaded with the fixings cheddar and a nice amount of bacon bits. Our server was pretty attentive and even tried to get us to order dessert as well but I passed on that. The view is 5 stars! Even if there's a drizzle outside, try to get patio seating. There are even a few TVs if you wanna catch the game instead.

    Zoom in. Self explanatory.

The food and service were okay. Got our appetizer at the same time as our entree. We were put across from the kitchen doors. I wanted to leave the first 5 times someone went through those doors. My husband talked me into staying. It was just plain disgusting. Not just a little messy, but gross. And then to seat people 5' from it!!

Every thing was great, starting with the best server in the place , her name is Neilla , she is been working there , probably since they open, At less since we have been going there, for many years . To us, she is the best waitress in that place. This restaurant serve great food, have never have been disappointed, and they have the best location looking in the area , looking over the the ocean and great parking, ,

Quarterdeck has excellent water views while dining. The service is consistent. We were there today when it opened at 11:00 am. They brought our beverages right away. We both ordered the blackened mahi tacos. They come with a side of rice and beans. For me it's better than a side of coleslaw or fries.

This place is all about the VIEWS!! Gorgeous. Right on the pier at Dania beach. We really enjoy sitting outside as there's almost always a strong breeze. There's a bar inside and outside with standard seating both in and out too. I enjoyed my chicken Caesar wrap but the chicken was a bit chewy and the fries were cold. My husband loved his medium Buffalo chicken sandwich. We also dined with my parents who both enjoyed their meals. It's really a great place to take those from out of town but they also have a local crowd. Parking is super expensive - $5 an hour via paybyphone

The restaurant stretches over the water. Easy to walk up the ramp.

    Do I need a reservation?

I have been there often, without reservation, as I live just about 2 miles from this great restaurant. Maybe if it is a special occasion, like a big sport event, or like New…

    Can I bring my dog?

certainly not inside the restaurant where there is indoor seating. But there is an outside deck and seating is rather close together, so having a dog could be a problem. I did not see any dogs when we were there.

    Is there any happy hour?

yes, there is! and daily drink specials :)

Do they have a kids menu?

    Yes

The Den occupies an enviable corner street location which was once pf a very good restaurant with a good bent toward Floribbean Cuisine, but now that is all gone, and The Den is just another very typical sports bar. The Den Sports Bar and Lounge has little if any décor about it, not even of sports equipment. The menu is basically bar food which may be summed up as chili, tacos, wings and handhelds of sliders, Philly cheesesteak, burgers, and a chili hot dog. I'd say bar food is rather pricey with chili hot dogs at $16.00 and Black & Blue Burgers at $19.00. I wasn't here for a game but understand it attacks a good beer guzzling hoot and hollering group of fans. By far, the best thing going for The Den is it's efficient, know what they are doing, and attractive female bartenders. They're great conversationalist, know how to make a great cocktail, and just make one feel good.

I hadn't been there in a while so on a weekday I thought I'd stop by on a Friday and try out their "Happy Hour". I wanted to try out their Golden Cadillac Margarita. The bartender didn't ask if I wanted salt or sugar, a tall or a short. It came with salt and the drink was delicious. The crowd was very light for a "Happy Hour" so I thought I'd move on to a place that was a little more lively. When I got my tab I didn't look at it, I had left my glasses in the car. I just laid out a $20 and figured that would be enough. Afterall, it was "Happy Hour", how much could it be? The bartender took it, went to the register and then walked away into a back room area. I figured maybe he was going for change. When he returned I mentioned to him that I gave him a $20 dollar bill. He said yes, the drink was $20.00 and change. I asked him if it was "Happy Hour"? He said that it ended at 6;00. I had gotten there at 6:15. What bar ends a "Happy Hour" at 6:15??? As for the drink prices, this place needs to get a reality check. The location isn't the best location. Nothing to visually look at while you're enjoying your meal or drink. The other establishment next door closed it's doors because they were over priced as well. For me, it'll be my last time there. There are hundreds of other places in Broward with better locations, views and "Happy Hours" that last past 6:00 with lower prices to go to.
