I love stopping at TA for my 10 hours reset . This TA has lots of Parking spots which is great for me but the bathrooms are so nasty it smells like dead cats . They have pizzhut subway and country pride restaurant which is always a plus you can choose one to eat at !

They've even expanded beyond Texas to places like Tennessee and Northern Virginia. Everything is kept clean, especially the bathrooms. This particular location is on the smaller side, so I can't even imagine how huge the larger locations are. There's a wide variety of souvenirs from apparel and home goods to even pet items. Towards the back, you'll find a deli, a wall of specialty beef jerky, tons of snacks, plus brisket sandwiches and desserts, including fudge. We ended up spending a good amount of time here before getting back on the road. You can sample the jerky. I really liked the Honey Jalapeño and Maple Cherry (on the sweeter side). And don't leave without grabbing the beaver nuggets!

It's close to the highway with easy access. There's a hundred gas pumps. There are multiple entrances to the store. Even at 1pm on a weekday, it was BUSY! Inside, there's that Buc-ee's smell that hits you hard. Candied nuts and fresh brisket. And all the other stuff you can see - jerky and fudge and soda fountains and Icees and a wall of candy. It's practically a ritual. Of course, we had to stop to visit the restrooms. Mrs. K. confirmed that the ladies side was excellent and I could see that the men's side was clean. I love the red/green lights to let you know which stalls are available or not. In addition to the fridge magnet, Mrs. K. added a BUC-EE'S ballcap to the collection along with two bags of the caramel drizzled Beaver Nuggets. Friendly service and everything else about it, just the way it is everywhere else. Awesome. [Review 404 of 2026 - 713 in Texas - 25587 overall]

Newest location of Quick Trip here in NE Texas, and it is nice…read more It is clean, organized, and employees are friendly. I stopped in here because I was looking for a place to get coffee each morning - without having to go to Starbucks. It turns out that QT has 6 different blends of coffee, several instant cappuccino flavors ( if you are into that sort of thing ) as well as many drink and smoothie selections. Large coffee is $1.79 and a refill (if you bring your own cup) is $0.99. Variety of sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs and pizzas is solid as well. They have a full kitchen with a cool LCD TV ordering kiosk to make ordering several items very quick and convenient. They have many regular gas pumps and a separate area for Truckers to conveniently get diesel or to even sleep over night. Highly recommend stop, as QT should do very well here until Bucc'ees moves in down the road in Summer 2015.

I counted them and so did my husband . we went to pump and they only credited us for 4.00. went back in , complained before pumping and man at counter with supervisor said we gave him 4.00 . he told him that was not true , my husband got frustrated and went back out to find they dropped it to only giving us 2.00 in gas . He did not want to complain but I don't care call me a karen or what ever but this is not right . We did leave , and had to buy gas someplace else . I called them this afternoon and it sounded as if they were not working . Took twice calling to answer the phone and when they did msn did not even say quik trip . It was just "yeah" . Asked for manager , and he got back on pretending to be a manager after laughing . What the heck was going on today ? it was mothers day , and the employees were obviously not doing their jobs . I don't get it . It's never been like that over there . Very disappointed .

UPDATE AS OF 4/7: James did contact me on 3/29 and was very…read moresympathetic to my experience with Ad Fast Transport LLC, which he told me he would hold accountable to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. He also offered to reimburse me for my Uber expenses, which I also appreciated. Overall, the experience still wasn't the best but I can appreciate the apology and actions that came afterwards from the Car Carriage. **Full transparency: I have updated my review from two stars to four following the update.** This was my first time using an auto transport company and I decided to use the Car Carriage based on a solid review from a family friend. During my initial consultation via online system and call, the company was very responsive. James was a great help to understand what the process would be like and get an accurate look at the total costs. I also appreciated that I did not have to pay anything upfront until the car was delivered. The Car Carriage is based in Texas and they use contractors around the country to pick up your car. The contractor I used, Ad Fast Transport LLC is based in Maryland and dealing with them was the worst experience. First off, leading up to my pick-up date, I heard nothing from Ad Fast. The Car Carriage provided their contact information so I reached out and a representative named Josy picked up. Josy seemed very unorganized and unprofessional during our call and had no idea when the driver would arrive to pick up my car. This was a problem because I had a flight back to Maryland in less than four days and needed my car picked up before I left. I had to consistently call Josy to get an idea of when the driver could pick up my car. It was originally scheduled for pick up on 3/15 but it wasn't picked up until 3/17. However, this wasn't the biggest issue. The biggest issue was when I recieved a text from Josy asking me if I could meet the driver 25 minutes west from the original pickup location in a very rural area. I was very skeptical of this unprofessionalism, however, like I said before, I needed my car gone before my flight. So I agreed and drove to the location. The driver was very sweet about it all but I learned he was planning to come to the original location but was told by Josy not to. Getting back to my original location was a pain as temperatures were in the single-digits and there was no ubers or lyfts available until an hour later so I had to wait in a local motel until I could find a driver to take me home. My car was safely delivered to the contacting company but I was out $52 from the Uber and had to wait an hour in an unfamiliar part of town. When I asked Josy, how I would get home once I gave my car, her only response was "I don't know." When I reached back out to James and the Car Carriage for a response, I have yet to receive an email as of 3/24. There is no accountability and the lack of communication from all involved parties has been disheartening and frustrating to say the least. Luckily, my car was delivered safely to the listed location in a timely fashion on 3/21. However, this experience has been so traumatizing and horrific that I would not recommend the Car Carriage or any of its contractors to anyone.

DOUBLE BROKER ALERT…read more Rate did not match what customer actually had a contract with them. We verified directly with the customer at the pickup. The Car Carriage LLC refused to fix the issue and instead threatened us with negative if we didn't pick up the car, or pay $300 to avoid it. Unprofessional, dishonest, and a waste of time. Carriers beware--high risk of scam and double brokerage.

I want to take the time to share the positive experiences I received each time I bought my vehicle here for service. I have been using this location for a few years for two different vehicles all F-150s and every experience has been good overall. There are some hard working men and women serving at this location. This review is for those who work in the service department and the custodian staff that I see doing a fine job keeping the place clean. I went in for an oil change. I went around 7:00 a.m. There were three cars ahead of me when I arrived. My wait was 90 minutes which included a tire rotation. There are nice searing areas around for customers to enjoy with complimentary coffee and water. There is a kiosk area if you want to make a purchase. Moreover, there are charging stations throughout for phone and computer devices so feel free to bring your tablet or computer if you want to work while you wait. Furthermore, there is a 3% charge on all credit cards used. If you pay cash or use debit, that charge is waived. I would have given five stars for this convenience if it were an option to use credit with no fee to the customer. My service advisor was Nolan. He was friendly and efficient with the check-in. To my fellow reviewer, let's report all experiences good and bad when reviewing. If you need service, check them out.

They proceeded to then offer me $7,000 less on trade than 5 other Ford dealerships I've been to in the past 2 weeks ($10,000 less than the best offer so far). After the classic back-and-forth, they came up $4,000 on the trade in, effectively defeating the $3,000 off MSRP "deal" that got me in the door. Again, this is on New Year's Eve - where the sales Manager, Noel, promised me they're both "highly motivated to move vehicles on the last day of the year" as well as "very aggressive on trade-ins" I knew there was this chance, but Noel convinced me to come in for their end of the year motivation to move vehicles and "aggressiveness on trade-ins". There was no deal to be had on New Year's Eve at Platinum Ford, just a long & disappointing day.
