When he could not do it, he advised I go to the nearest corporate store 20 minutes away. I went there, they could not do anything, and I had to go back to that store. I went back, they gave me a refund for $25.00, I asked about the discrepancy, and was told he "Forgot the restocking fee." I will never go to a non-corporate store again. Then this morning, I find out these people signed me up for the phone insurance, I have never purchased any phone insurance. Thieves, idiots....unsure, but do not go there.

Finally, they dug underneath my driveway and now they left a 1 inch piece of up in the air with caution tape still nodded around the line. Apparently, the grants that do the digging aren't the ones that do the termination I don't care I've called so many times to get zero response and all I want is for them to do is bury the line.
