I requested an oven cleaning and Allan was quick to respond and get something scheduled. During…read morethe scheduled time he arrived promptly and got right to work, explaining his process, the tools and cleaners he was using, and assuring me that what he was using was safe for my child. He worked hard, putting in a good amount of elbow grease on what I can only imagine was over a decade of buildup from the previous owner, and the oven looks much better. There were certain areas he couldn't tackle without using harsher chemicals and he didn't want to affect my family's health, which I appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable for the work he put in, and I'd gladly reach out to him again for cleaning services.

Hopefully I can find a better cleaning service because this company is terrible…read more They came an our late and left half hour early, but expected me to pay the full two hours and didn't want to make up for it. They've also consistently left early when they could have finished cleaning. They skipped an entire bathroom, and the employees tried to make me feel bad when they came back because they got yelled at for not doing their job. They also got upset when I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. When i tried to reschedule, they never responded, so I didn't get cleaning service that month. One of the women cleaned the range over the stove and ended up removing the paint and permanently damaging it. I even told them to stop coming because of the issues I've and and she just said I'll pass it in to our supervisor and figure out what happened but they never contacted me about it again. Please find a better service because this one will cause damage to your property or won't clean properly.

AWFULLY cleaned should be the name. I requested cleaning for moving in to our recently purchased…read morehome that was left pretty dirty. I chose the move out clean, which entailed all things that needed to be done like dusting, cleaning appliances, getting rid of cob webs etc. Well, to say the least they sucked at doing what they said they would do. I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDITED: Owner states that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on. Please feel free to reach out.
