Angie was to arrive between 10 and 11. she was a no show and no communication was made by her or the company. I left a message and it took 3 days for a response from the owner and then rescheduled for July 13. I called the morning of the 13th and my appointment was confirmed by whoever answered the call. I waited the whole day and again it was a No-show. I have left repeated messages and voicemails with no response. The owner had no problem getting back to me before booking the cleaning but now all has gone silent. Unprofessional handling of this customer who was not a one time clean, but was to be bi-weekly servicing. Still awaiting a response and refund. Update: refund process in progress. Email with apology and no explanation.

I personally handed it to her in perfect condition to help connect her to the Bluetooth and when I got it back, it was clearly damaged, as if it had been dropped. I reached out to the owner (Tee Efendija ) who immediately denied any wrongdoing saying she didn't use my speaker but I was at my house during the time of service and physically handed her my speaker, hooking it up to Bluetooth so she could play as she said "Mexican music" . I explained that to him in which he then offered to "replace" it--but only if I gave him my broken speaker in return. Excuse me? That's my personal property. I didn't buy it from you, and you don't get to take it just because your team broke it. I did not buy the speaker from him. This was my own personal property that he was demanding I give to him. Instead of just doing the right thing (accountability and / or remedying the situation) , he gaslit me, made excuses, and then tried to claim they were being generous with their "goodwill offer"--which they later revoked when I wouldn't hand over the broken item. The whole thing feels sketchy, dishonest, and frankly like a scam to be honest. Even when booking the service, their methods for payment were very sketchy and not secure or a common practice for receiving payment. I've been more than patient and civil, but the lack of accountability is alarming. Save yourself the stress--there are plenty of other cleaning services in Chicago that don't damage your belongings and then try to blame you for it.

Amazing, incredible, absolutely the hardest-working, best housekeeper we have ever had. We have had many because we both work and need the help. Zofia is head and shoulders above any other and we lucked out and got her on Friday afternoons. Perfect. She typically spends more time at our house than we know she is supposed to. We are relocating out of state and we have to give up Zofia. If you need a housekeeper, call Marta now and see if you can get this incredible woman. Please be nice to her and tip her as much as she will accept. I tried to give her more than the $40 and she refused it. If your house is bigger than ours, maybe she will accept more.
