I got the 3 meat plate (double brisket and single sausage) to share with my wife once I got back home. The brisket was very flavorful, I like when it has strong smoke flavor and this one definitely does. I wish it was a little more moist but it may have dried out some on the ride home. The sausage had a crisp skin and was a tasty blend of beef and pork. We enjoyed the sides too, "sweet vinegar" cole slaw (I prefer this over mayonnaise-based cole slaws ) and a creamy potato salad that had a good amount of mustard. Wish the sides were a little bigger though. I would definitely recommend stopping here and will definitely be stopping here again.

Um, then that's not "just matcha", it's a powdered mix that you take a scoop from and mix with water. Big difference.
