The sausage had a crisp skin and was a tasty blend of beef and pork. We enjoyed the sides too, "sweet vinegar" cole slaw (I prefer this over mayonnaise-based cole slaws ) and a creamy potato salad that had a good amount of mustard. Um, then that's not "just matcha", it's a powdered mix that you take a scoop from and mix with water. Big difference.
