Well I've been coming here for about 6 months, I'm disabled and use a power chair, one thing I've…read morenotice is when I arrive, almost always there are these big lifted 4x4 pickups parked in the handicapped parking spots, I'm drive a big Van and I need that extra room to load/unload my chair. One day I came out and found someone parked their motorcycle on the striped lanes between a car and my van, I had to ask a stranger to back my van out so I could get in. Also you do not have push button door openers, most of the time I'm lucky and either staff or a stranger would open the doors for me but there have been times when I was ignored by staff and patrons. Also I would like to see wheelchair height accessible work out tables so us wheelchair users can transfer to the table and do our exercise that we might normally do on the floor but are not able to transfer to the floor and get back into their chairs. Also, this is a bit personal but yall need private areas with a shower and changing table etc. some of us have personal issues such as not wanting to be embarrassed because we have to wear certain types of protection IE: Diapers or colostomy bags, Foley catheters and leg bags, I'm sure you get the picture. I feel rather uncomfortable, intimidate etc when I have too lay out on a bench after showering just to put my diapers on in front of all these young and grown men and being watched and occasionally a child. I hear the chuckles and the snickers. My suggestion is if you can build a special shower room or perhaps install a height adjustable changing table with a privacy curtain in the regular locker room. I also take issue with the fact that the handicapped stall isn't wide enough to accommodate my chair and myself and 9 times out of 10. Someone who isn't handicapped has taken up residency in the handicapped stall and is just sitting there playing with their phone knowing fully well that I'm wanting to use that stall, I see this all the time, there will be two stalls open and the non handicap person will take the handicap stall. Now on to safety, I like to enjoy the steam room and sauna, but they are lacking safety rails inside them, these are slip hazards, they do make rubber floor mats for that as well. I like using the pool but must of the time the water is too cold for me and many of the older users, it causes our muscles to spasm and can be quite painful. We like the hot tub, but what we don't like is the 10 min timer, we no more get back into the hot tub and we have to get out and start it again unless someone nice comes along and does it for us. Last but not least, I would like to see the Rosenberg location turned into a 24 hour location with a his and her Steam room and sauna. I understand that the Sugar Land location is 24/7 and has steam room/saunas in each locker room. I also wanted to add this, the cycling room needs a couple of recumbent bicycles so people like myself who are disabled can participate in group classes, I also noticed that in the other group exercise room, everyone is on the floor, I can't get down onto the floor, if a couple of padded benches were added, people such as myself would be able to benefit from the group exercise's.

Rude Staff and Possible Discrimination…read more I visited EOS Fitness using a free trial pass, hoping to find a gym that met my expectations. The facility itself was acceptable, but my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. The person who gave me the gym tour was very rude and disrespectful. English is not my first language, so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I got the impression that this annoyed him. I explained that I was mainly interested in the swimming pool. When I noticed the indoor cycling bikes, I asked whether they offered spinning classes. He responded very rudely, saying, "But you told me you weren't interested in taking any classes!" His attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I cannot say for certain whether his behavior was motivated by discrimination, but I couldn't help wondering if my limited English or foreign accent influenced the way he treated me. I came in genuinely interested in becoming a member, but this experience completely changed my mind.

My friend raved so much about loving her cycling class that of course I tagged along. In order to…read moreaccompany someone as a guest you have to pre register online. Once there you scan your guest pass. The welcoming process wasn't that welcoming by the front staff workers. They barely made eye contact or anything. Location for the class was odd being off in the corner from a gym full of kids in a summer camp. Yet once we entered into the cycling studio Dan definitely did bring a more bright and uplifting aura. The music was vibrant and the exercise was nice and challenging. The spin class is every Tuesday at 6:30pm and guest can come every 60 days I think but you can't reserve a spot in the class. You'd have to wait until a spot opens. So that can be a bit nerve wrecking if many come that day. So shoutout to Dan for making the experience amazing!

I have been a Life Time member for 14+ years, and what happened at the Sugar Land location on…read moreSeptember 28, 2026 has completely changed my view of this facility. While I was working out, approximately $10,000 in cash and a Rolex were stolen from my gym bag after I placed it inside a locked locker. Multiple lockers were broken into during the same incident. I immediately reported the theft and filed a police report. What is especially concerning is that theft at this location is not an isolated issue. There have been repeated theft incidents here, yet members continue to have belongings stolen from lockers. The response afterward was just as frustrating. The following day, I attempted to call the club approximately 13 times before finally reaching Membership Concierge Manager. When I asked what Life Time was doing about the situation, I was told that Life Time could not do anything and that the police would have to handle it. During the conversation, I was also told that I should not have kept $10,000 in my bag. Of course law enforcement is responsible for investigating the person or people who committed the theft. My concern with Life Time is different: Why are repeated thefts occurring at this location? What has been done to prevent them? How were multiple locked lockers targeted during the same incident? And what is being done now to protect members? I have escalated this matter directly to Life Time's corporate executive leadership, filed a BBB complaint, filed a police report, and submitted the matter to ABC13's 13 Investigates. Members should be able to make their own decisions about whether they feel comfortable securing their belongings in the lockers at this location. I am sharing my experience so they have the information to do so. I will update this review if and when Life Time corporate leadership responds and takes meaningful action.

I signed up for a 7-day pass during my trip…read more Since it was my first time, I had to go through the whole spiel with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was extremely friendly. He checked my strength, flexibility, etc. At the end, when he asked if I had any questions, I asked him to help me on the leg press and he did! He suggested other workouts I should do afterwards. I came during the day time, when it wasn't busy and in the afternoon when it was busy. Both times were pleasant. NO ONE slammed their weights!! Was there a lunk alarm?? Everyone seemed respectful of others around them, asking if they can jump in between sets. However, wiping down equipment seemed to be a foreign concept here. They have the standard equipment that would be at every gym. All the weights are on the first level and the dreaded cardio on the second level...although the stairmasters are on the first. They also have cycles throughout the gym, I was excited to hop on one for the first time in years. Can I just take a moment and point out the old and rusty machines?? This isn't my home gym, but still...why haven't they been replaced? I get that they aren't broken or in need of repair, but all that rust can't possibly be good. The bathroom/locker room areas were surprisingly clean. Would I return? Maybe...when I'm back in the area.

The location is fantastic (a mile away from where I was staying, easy access from both 59 and 90). The staff is great and engaged, even if you don't do the 1:1 training sessions. Cannot recommend enough the Saturday morning boot camp - talk about morning after burn. The month-to-month plan worked perfectly for my situation. If I have to relocate back for an extended period of time, I will definitely be reopening my membership with The Flex.

I finally need repairs to my car and all I'm getting is BULLCRAP from Endurance. I have been waiting for a complete week for a rental and still have not received one because the adjuster Alex is mia and not returning any calls and he has to authorize everything. My contract cost $4000 and they are willing to pay $2000 on my repairs leaving the balance for me to cover which is asinine and my deductible is supposed be $100. I have been HOODWINKED and BAMBOOZLED by Endurance and will tell everyone DO NOT BUY A CONTRACT from ENDURANE EXTENDED WARRANY the will take your money. The one star was given because i had to give it to leave a review but i give them no star. If I could give them a -10 I would because the games, they play with people's money and peace of mind is not cool.
