Whether your goals are to get fit or look like a competitor (or train to compete), BONA has the resources to reach your goals. They encourage you to lift heavy (if strength is your goal). This is what I would refer to as a "muscle" gym so it isn't for the faint of heart. This is a good thing if you're serious about reaching your fitness goals. Update: so it's been about 4 months since I joined this gym and it's even better than I thought! I absolutely love it here. Staff is super friendly. Trainers are awesome and extremely knowledgeable (I train with Allen and just started kickboxing with Virginia). The one statement I would change is that it doesn't matter if you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced, both members and staff encourage you and will help. Just love it here.

I also like to take showers here lol I've never been to a gym and was excited to take a shower after working out in pool because most of the times gyms don't keep up their bathrooms . But not this gym.! They're about $10 a day which I pay because I don't have a membership and just can't afford one right now but I do come once a month. Late fee is $32 and if you have multiple cards on your account, the primary is locked because you're off shore due to work, YOU ARE still going to be charged the late fee $32 but the very next day they will charge any card on file and of course it goes through. Unfortunately they will not refund because per Villa Sport, "late fee is late fee". So people read your contract carefully because I also had to pay $80 to cancel the membership. Any other amenities you also have to pay more to add onto membership. Lifetime didn't give me all this hassle. Mind you I used the gym a few times per month when I would return back. It was so inconvenient that freezing also came with a specific time lock, 30 days. So if I arrived before the account would unfreeze I still couldn't use it. I told the lady (striped shirt)helping me that the kids with me were mine another lady next to her tried to help her(blonde) told me because of my age the kids need a guardian as if I didn't just say they were my kids when it came to having to sign the paper for my guest they didn't give me a pen when I asked for one the blonde one set the pen next to striped shirt and I asked again for the pen. Striped shirt picked the pen up and slammed it on the counter at this point I was ready to leave.
