They let his older brother join in class to encourage my 4 year old to participate. Alas, he was a stubborn one and sat out the remainder of class. His older brother finished that class as well as the one I originally signed him and his sister for. The instructors were fantastic. Despite having a large class, they kept all the students engaged and constantly working. The strength training and the practice was everything I hoped for. This is a legit gym and I would definitely enroll my kids here.

The environment is high energy, super friendly and supportive. From the moment I joined, JJ took care of me and helped guide me to the package/membership that best matched my fitness needs. The boxing classes are challenging and engaging. Even though it's a group class, Pablo pays special attention to each and every person, working with them one on one, guiding them on how to improve their technique. And don't worry, you'll get your butt kicked and handed to you with each and every class but you'll enjoy every minute of it. I have been working out here for three months now and now I am doing personal training with Jose who is just phenomenal. Jose follows a structured no BS approach which I love. I told him my goals and he takes them as seriously, if not more seriously than me. He's gone above and beyond to work with my schedule, structure brutal workouts that will help me reach my goal as fast as possible and even check on my progress regularly to assess my progression rate. I've had my fair share of disappointment with personal training, and Jose has turned that around completely. I also really liked that in the women's locker room there's lotion and spray on deodorant and hair dryers, and it's super clean. The second floor is stacked with machines and treadmills and anything you could possibly need for a good workout. There's also an indoor basketball court and pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Definitely play pickleball during work hours if you're off, because we went at 7 pm and it was packed because everyone had gotten off work. But, when we were there at 4:30-5 pm, it was pretty empty.

The kids club was a perfect setup. We had use of the party room for an hour. The kids were able to rock climb and play in the bounce house while we decorated. The last hour of the party was spent in the pool. We were able to use the family dressing room and then the pool. The water was nice and warm and the kids (and adults), had a blast. There was seating for the spectators that didn't get in. Life time provided the life vests and a lifeguard for the party. Each kid had to have a guardian in the water which was not a problem. The two young adults helping us made sure to take care of everything. They helped us set up, passed out pizza and cleaned up the decorations when we went to the pool. They had all the gifts and stuff packed up on a cart and helped us take it outside. Great place for a kids pool party.
