The only problem I encountered was on my last day involved a staff DJ being overly engaged in conversation with a gym member. When I approached to ask about a massage bed, he was slow to respond and informed me of a 3 to 5 minute wait. After assigning me a bed number, I waited for longer than the specified time only to find the bed was still occupied. I had to interrupt DJ again to inform him of the issue, he assured me the bed was vacant and ready for use, which was not the case. DJ seemed somewhat annoyed at me interrupting him. Eventually, another bed became free and DJ prepared it for me, but the experience left me feeling that I wasted my time going back and forth so I just left without using the Hydro Massage bed.

I go to fix my core/posture and gain a little muscle. 8 sessions in, I definitely have more energy and get less fatigued during the day. You will find people from all levels, ages and goals. The trainers will help you modify workouts to your own level. All of the trainers are very motivating, welcoming and hold you accountable. They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.
