They have parking organized to perfection! Park has limited shade and only porta-potty.

For years I struggled to find a to a fitness program that I could actually stick to. I started with…read moreMary almost a year ago and it's the best decisions could have made in 2020. The meal plan has plenty of options and I was introduced to a new way of eating. This is not a diet, it is a permanent lifestyle change! I have changed the way I eat, and I have changed the way I think about food. I have not had something from her meal plan that I did not liked. Everything was amazing! Mary's training and food programs have helped me lose 40 pound so far. I can never thank her enough for being patient with me and for helping achieve my fitness goals! She is the best!

My starting measurements: 35 inches waist & 45 inches hips, currently my measurements: 31 waist & 41 hips. I went from a size 12 in jeans to a size 6 or 8 (depending on the cut). I'm apart of the ROTC program at my school and my PMS, referred me to his wife (Mrs Campbell), because she's a beast when it comes to nutrition and training. At first, I didn't think I was going to be able to cut down that much in a short amount of time. I'm used to people being there physically and pushing me, but she told me I need to know the reason why i'm doing this. She broke down everything, from macros, to the amount of calories/water I should be consuming, and type of equipment I need. She gives you all the resources, you just have to implement them and use it because the weight is not going to lose itself. She introduced me to a new eating lifestyle, to the point where if I even attempt to eat the foods I used to eat before, I would be sick to my stomach for days. I would check in with her every Friday morning (still do) and update her on what's going on, or if i'm having troubles with something or just other ways to get my protein in (which was the hardest for me). She's there to motivate you and help you, she's not going to judge you whatsoever. If you have a week where you wasn't doing your best, she'll just correct it and tell you to either swap it out or just completely cut it out. What I noticed was that for the nutrition, starting out, it was a trial and error, just trying to figure out the right foods. Once I found my right foods, I was on a roll. You don't necessarily have to cut out your favorite foods, just swap out the ingredients and 100/10, it'll taste better. Mrs Campbell is the real deal !!! Highly recommend.
