These people are TREMENDOUS. while I understand that others may have a paused perspective, all I can tell you is that this company stood by us through many renovation repair delays, and when we finally were able to commit to a water delivery date, they adjusted their schedules and provided everything we needed So while our story is not important, I can tell you that we had many hiccups with the renovation company, and each and every time Aqua Duck adjusted and provided the services we required. In the end, what provided me most with confidence with their services what my call with them this afternoon, when our pool was delayed because of the reno company, and their staff adjusted and when I questioned whether they would be able to do the pool fill this evening their response was that "well, we don't stop until the last customer's water request has been filled." It's 8 PM, awaiting my final dump of water, but I will tell you, I am so confident in their services, that even if that is delayed, I understand because of their commitment and follow-through in their service! David from this company contacted me within a couple of minutes. He provided me with an introduction and developed a water delivery plan. And since the next day was water delivery day for our town, he was able to deliver it the next day. Additionally, I was searching for a new water system, and he had an open box unit; he was able to sell it to me at a reasonable price. He also arranged for the unit to be delivered with the water. So Great Oaks Water Company is a local spring water company that has filling stations at numerous…read morelocations. You take your empty 1 or 5 gallon water container to the filling station, place it in and select 1 or 5 gallon. For a 5 gallon water container it's $1 to fill. Compared to home delivery and store bought this is the cheapest way to get crispy clear water. We usually fill six 5 gallon water containers and it's only $6 we were paying well over $90 in the big box stores. The water comes from a spring located in Chester county.
