I hadn't received notice of that false claim and every week it was auto renewed, and pulling money from my account. A week later they pulled an extra charge of $2,500 and refused to resolve it on the phone trying to say I owed it, which I quite obviously do not as my regular renewal payments had been coming out. $2,500 charge for what, breathing oxygen? They won't even resolve it on the phone or refund me. I have to file fraud at my bank or sue them to get my money back. They had also done a similar overcharge prior adding an extra $70 a day that took forever to refund. Do not rent from them, they will steal your money and try to justify it. Pathetic company, thieves, criminals, worthless scum bag pigs, no customer service whatsoever, just greedy cocksucking corporate cum stains.

The first year the vehicle, which I pick up in Floral Park at an affiliated agency, was late and unvacuumed. Fortunately, the owners stood by their product and offered me a discount for the following year. Year 2- no problem. Year 3- van on time, but dirty, only 1/8 full of gas and affiliated location did not have the paperwork, delaying me again. Spoke to Ian, who explained I would be better off coming to the Flushing office for pickup, which is about 1/2 hour away in rush hour traffic. Ian also suggested I consider renting for 2 days instead of 1, as there would be better service. Basically, couldn't help me any further than that. So I guess I rent from somewhere else next year. I had to spend an extra $200 to supply the parts so they can install it. Only after I told Raj I have video proof showing my coolant wasn't leaking before I dropped it off is when he wanted to fix it as a "favor".
