On my BMW 3 series he installed my whole racing suspension, race exhaust, race brakes, and supercharger. Actually he installed the supercharger better than the instructions called out for. The attention to detail was amazing and was truly a "from the factory" clean install. The best part about Bill is his can do attitude. He has the knowledge and skill sets to get the job done, especially when "direct bolt on" is not really direct, nor bolt on. When other shops will return the car and tell you they can't get it done, Bill is the guy you come see. I also appreciate his customer service. When ever I was in a jam with my car, he was quick to respond and offer advise, even help with a tow truck! He really goes above and beyond. Bill is my "go to car guy" and I'm sure he will be yours as well.

She made it clear that insurance companies are there to serve the customer, not the other way around. Her expertise in navigating the complexities of New York and New Jersey insurance was invaluable.
