Place is nothing special inside but they have the modern cleaning go thru car wash assembly line types as all the other car wash joints and that's good enough for me .The smell of dog is gone especially with a few drops of lavender oil and the dog hairs seem to be gone . I paid extra for my first wash of the season and got headaches when I saw what they skipped. It cost $70 for everything. They missed areas all over the car. Its a BMW x5 which looks great when everything wiped down. That was the whole point was to have all the areas done. The areas that were wiped looked OK but they left so many untouched spots. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore.

Work performed:A+ ================ Had my struts and rear/front brake pads replaced as well as my rear rotors. Car stops cleanly and no noise. Car has a smoother ride as well. Consultation: A+ =============== The workcrew manager kept it real and was honest in pointing out what had to be done for the most part. Other places would try and talk you into getting unnecessary work done and BS you. But what he said is what was needed that I was aware off minus my rear motors. After examining that for myself I agreed with his suggestion of getting those replaced. Final thoughts ============== They where done with my ride 30 minutes earlier than quoted. Compared to other mavis shops they had the best pricing. This place gets really busy. It's best to come early at 8am. The guy at the counter seemed a bit disconnected from customers at times. A lot peoples complaints are based off the wait time. Best advice is to come early and speak up. First come first serve. Appointments dont mean much.This shop will always try and cram and squeeze people. That's just sales. Over all I would recommend this place based on the work done, value, and honest consultation. Sundays As I pulled in the back I was greeted by a friendly staff member, his hospitality was great. I walked into the waiting room and waited to be called. The waiting room was very clean, the seats wasn't comfortable at all but hey had coffee and water a unisex restroom and a TV that was playing old westerns. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Aziria called me and ask what services was I getting. I explained just an oil change. They pretty much already had all my info and the type of oil I used from the last time I received an oil change and asked if I was to use the same oil. They gave me a price and I sat back down in the waiting area. Jeffrey called me a few minutes later to tell me about my carbon filter that was dirty and needed to be changed. At first I told him I will change it myself but then I thought 5 months ago when I was at Jiffy Lube it needed to be changed and I never changed it. So I told him to just change it. He quotes me a Price of $24.99 then realized that the wrong price. The correct price was $29.99 oh well. It still needed to be changed. I told Jeffrey I felt deceived by the dramatic price change lol. Rodney work on my oil change checked the pressure of my tires and everything else that they suppose to check. Aziria checked me out and thank goodness I had a coupon so the price was just right with everything that I had done. I absolutely love the customer service here and definitely will be returning, everyone was friendly and had such a great since of humor. Jiffy Lube always have coupons so try to go online before coming and if they forget to ask you for your email address as a new customer your entitled to $5 off your service.

I don't keep my cars for more than a few years at a time so it's important that my car stay looking new. Triple J helps making sure that happens. They use soft brushes and microfiber cloths to dry your car so your paint won't face any harsh materials. When it gets busy, make sure they completely dry off your car or you'll have streaking once you leave. Don't be shy about asking for a cloth to do any touch up yourself (if you don't want to make the workers do it). For what you get, pricing is fair and an added benefit is the oil and lube section attached to the car wash. They can service up to four vehicles at one time. They, too, do a good job
