My experience at T-Mobile was amazing. I've been having trouble accessing my T-Life account for bill payment. I was greeted by two employees Raquel and Michelle. Was there yesterday and went to get a new phone. The girl with glasses ignored us and went with other customers we were waiting like 30 to 45 minutes because she was helping everyone else but us when we were there first. A lady also came out from the back but didnt even offer to help us and went back. Horrible customer service will not be going back to this location. Stay away cause they do not know how to treat their customers and you will be there for hours.They dont deserve any stars. read more

First of all, PLEASE, when someone is adding multiple things to their plan, tell them the prices straight of the MULTIPLE ITEMS and not just one. It's exhausting to sit there and clarify with you. Be honest ad forthright, it gets you further. The girl who helped me had me download everything to iCloud after I upgraded my phone (after I had told her that I didn't have anything backed up on my computer) told me that she was "110% sure everything would transfer over." I asked to bring my original phone home so I could transfer everything on to my computer like I have before, but nope... she was 110% sure. They asked me to factory reset my phone and leave it with them. I've now lost TWO YEARS WORTH of photos. I do not use my computer much, so I didn't have anything saved there. Which is why I asked to bring it home. If you guys would've just let me take my original phone back to assure everything transferred, this wouldn't be a problem. Unless you can un-factory reset a phone, this massive oversight can't be undone. Take your time next time. I get you want to close your sale and get out by closing time, but Jesus. I just lost several years of photographs. Double check your work. You could've encouraged me to make sure everything transferred before I rest the phone. Also, you simply could've just let me take my phone home; out of respect that I wanted to make sure everything worked out. This is absolutely infuriating and adding to many other levels of anxiety in my life that I won't get in to on a Yelp review. I really hope there is some sort of solution. The nice young lady that sold myself and my husband 2 phones and accessories wasn't completely honest or maybe she is misinformed. I purchased an OtterBox for my phone and she told me that it was very important I register the case. She told me that if my phone broke in th OtterBox, it would be replaced by OtterBox at no cost to me. After waiting on hold with OtterBox for about 5 minutes the very confused rep with OtterBox informed me that there is no such thing. As usual, TMobile has lied. read more

I am going to give this T-Mobile five stars I am not from Yakima but my phone broke I looked at the reviews on the T-Mobile and I was shocked to see that they only had two stars and also very hesitant about going so I walked in and there was only one young lady working I thought that was very weird I'm used to seeing about 5 people or more working and T-Mobile I guess her partner was on lunch I was waiting for a while which was understandable but I can say that they took as much time as they needed with our customers which is awesome they did not rush them their customer service was awesome I personally was helped by Jacob he had a amazing attitude amazing customer service very thorough and everything and was completely professional and patient made sure I got the best phone I'm not real picky I went there for an iPhone and but I left with a phone that was $300 and it works just fine he was completely honest which was much appreciated if I'm in Yakima again I will not hesitate to go to this T-Mobile good job guys read more
