I dropped in here to get a mobile hotspot after a number of attempts with the company over the phone or unsuccessful. I was pretty blown away with how easy they made the whole process. I worked with a gentleman named Adam, who was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about options. By the end of the interaction, I had a mobile hotspot for our house and had saved about $40 per month on our phone lines. It was actually pretty crazy how good this guy was at his job! My experience is at physical cell phone stores have been very hit and miss, but this one was honestly as good as it could've been. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and again, had saved about $500 per year on phone bills just by him making a couple recommendations. This is probably where we will be coming in the future! This Verizon location doesn't even deserve one star!! The sales lady was incredibly rude to my 18 year old who went Into the store to purchase a $1400 phone!! She judged my child, called him out on his identity and wouldn't even let him get a word in. My child left the store in tears!! One pissed off Mother!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I have recently ended my 2 year contract at sprint, and a friend of mine recommended that I check Verizon on 40th and summitview. I was welcomed by a young man named Ignacio. He was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and not once did he sound aggregated! He was able to explain my different options, and ended up saving me money. My husband took his iPhone here when he was having issues with it. They WIPED HIS PHONE WITHOUT PERMISSION!! Didn't even ask him if he had backed it up or if he would like them to wipe it. He called them back after trying to get his pictures off the phone- realizing what they had done. They HUNG UP on him. Then when we went to talk to a supervisor they kicked him out of the store.
