I worked with a gentleman named Adam, who was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about options. By the end of the interaction, I had a mobile hotspot for our house and had saved about $40 per month on our phone lines. It was actually pretty crazy how good this guy was at his job! My experience is at physical cell phone stores have been very hit and miss, but this one was honestly as good as it could've been. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and again, had saved about $500 per year on phone bills just by him making a couple recommendations. This is probably where we will be coming in the future!
