I love getting gas here because it's the lowest price in town. Customer service however could use a…read morelot of improvement. I told the cashier I had reward points while paying inside and she said she couldn't do phone numbers with that register which is fine, but she sounded offended by my question. I also asked if I could have the receipt for tax purposes and she set it on the counter bypassing my outstretched hand as if that offended her too. There was no greeting, no "have a nice day", no any acknowledgement, my whole transaction seemed like a bother to her since she was eating and on her phone and it must have been rude of me to interrupt. Will pay at the pump next time.

I thought such magic was limited to Idaho, but recently discovered that such a place exists within our community! Road warrior travel center is located just off of Highway 97, on lateral a road, and is indeed a drive-through convenience/travel center! these sorts of places were particularly awesome when Covid restrictions were in place, but remain phenomenal. When you just completed a kiddo basketball game, everybody is thirsty, but you really don't want to have everybody get out of the car to run inside. It's effectively a warehouse with a garage door that you drive into, one of the workers grabs any and everything your little heart desires, and then they ring you up. It takes about a quarter of the time as going into a convenience store, especially with family, and the folks working there are super nice! We don't get down this direction all that often, but I can guarantee that each time we do, this place is going to be on the list of spots to stop. It's fast, convenient, and just plain awesome!

The man said they've been there for a while. They were pretty gross, not crispy at all, and then my friend bought a hotdog which was cold as well now we picked from the front because we saw the ones in the back weren't as dark so we thought we were doing good but negative the guy at the counter was kind of snippy. My friend ordered some lotto tickets and he pressed the wrong button and she told him no that's not the one and he told her it's too late. I already printed it. You have to buy it so she was forced to buy this five dollar lotto ticket. She was like OK whatever I'm not gonna argue with you. I'll just buy it fine even though it wasn't her fault and then she got her two other lotto tickets that she asked for he was not friendly. He didn't smile he wasn't approachable so yeah, I'm gonna say no.

I overheard her discussing with another customer how she doesn't like the Doordash as it keeps her from helping in store customers. Please know that the customers ordering deliveries are as much part of your business as those shopping in person. I give this store 4 stars for being open 24 hours and the convenience but because of below average customer service, I don't think they deserve 5 stars.

This pharmacy is ridiculously incompetent. I went in on Tuesday to pick it up and after standing in line for 15 minutes because there was only one person working the register, the technician told me it "wasn't ready yet" and they needed another thirty minutes to get it ready. I said what do you mean, 30 minutes? I ordered a refill on the computer line and it told me I could pick it up on Monday after 11. She said, "Well, that's the automated system. We'll get it started and it'll take 30 minutes to get it ready and you can wait for it." I said "What do I have to do to get a refill if calling the automated line doesn't do it? Do I have to come in here and ask an actual person for a refill in order to actually get a refill? What's the purpose of having a phone number to call to get a refill if that's the case?" She was not able to process what I was saying. She kept saying "It'll take 30 minutes and you can just wait for it." I said to forget it, this is ridiculous and I turned away to go and she tossed out a snotty "Have a nice daaay" as I was walking away and it made me so mad I got the manager involved. She was all "It's our fault, we're trying to catch up since Rite Aid closed, we're short-handed because no one wants to come and work for us because we're not offering enough pay, when you call the automated line you're the last in a line of 800 people then when you come to pick up your prescription we move you to the front of the line and fill it." Okay, so you're not really "working" on my refill and you need another 30 minutes to finish it up, you're actually waiting until I come in to pick it up to start it. I asked her the same question I asked the technician, if calling the automated line is pointless, what do I have to do to get a refill? Actually walk in to the pharmacy and request it from a person, at which time you will start working on it? She went back to the pharmacy and went behind the counter to fill the pill bottle and brought it to the cash register. As I was paying for it, she told me that since I was so unhappy with them this would be the last refill they would fill for me, like I hadn't already figured that out for myself. As I was driving home I got a text from Walgreens telling me my refill was ready to be picked up, good grief. They'll be going the way of Rite Aid any day now.
