I would not have ever thought I'd write a review for a cell phone carrier service store, but the guys working here are awesome. They answered all my questions and made sure I got a great deal on all the phones and accessories I purchased. They knew the veteran/military plan details and all the promotions. I was able to transfer 4 phone lines from ATT to a single TMobile Magenta Max plan and save $150 month. They knew what trade in value I could get and that I could also get a buy one get one free iphone and then 2 free sets of airpods from the Black Friday promotion. I don't even have t-mobile but an employee at this establishment saved my friend's car. We were leaving crumbl, a neighboring business. Cookies obtained, the five of us in our friend's Nissan Rogue. He attempts to turn the car on. Click click... silence. Nothing. We're stranded. Car isn't moving. We have triple A, however, one of us knew how to jump start the car, we just needed another car with a good battery. Sat with the car hood up, eating cookies, eating them, the usual thing to do when stranded and waiting for a good samaritan to offer up their car. We finished the cookies. They were pretty good. After several taste testings, we finally decide to make a move. First business we asked couldn't help us. Then we decided to go to T-Mobile. I don't know their name, but a very kind person there not only offered their car battery to help, they had better jump cables than us and also knew how to jump start a car. During our initial search for information, T-Mobile employees Jamie and Chris were very helpful and honest about plans, phones/phone deals, and pricing. Although my current carrier offered a better phone deal for us, we found a more economical plan with T-Mobile that best suited our needs; and ultimately, would save us more $$. Chris answered many detailed questions throughout the whole process of ordering, activation, and setup. He listened patiently for understanding and provided info in our best interests. So the merged with Sprint and T-Mobile is horrible T-Mobile is trying to force people with sprint telephone for upgrade but not given them any type of discount and then they route the customer service is horrible. I literally had a supervisor yelling at me on the phone when I'm explaining to her my issue like my service haven't been working and I've been calling and calling to get it to work I keep dropping calls lol and calls and all that and it's frustrating I'm paying y'all good money and all you can say is oh our towers is been down to September 29 it's literally November so you'll have it fixed by then? I've never been so mistreated and disrespected all in one call from a supervisor and then she's calling because her employer was being rude and then you turn around so what was your point of calling me my service is not big it sucks I don't think that I should've merged because sprint customer is being taken advantage of! they said everything going to be the sand you get the same treatment as if you were still with Sprint don't shit work but you want me to buy a new fucking phone or turn in the phone that I already own at least a motherfucker phone like that makes no sense!!!!!!! The reps at this store are horrible and very unprofessional. They refused to honor a warranty exchange for Samsung SM-A037 on Saturday 02/19/2022 which was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I purchased the phone at the T-Mobile store 6 months ago and it came with a one-year warranty until 6/02/2023. Initially, the phone was functioning properly until recently when I started experiencing backlight and software malfunction issues. I contacted online customer care for a warranty exchange and they shipped the phone to this particular store. The store refused to honor the warranty exchange when I went to pick up the phone and instead asked me to pay full price or call back customer care and asked to ship the phone to my house. I contact customer care again and explained to them what had transpired. They asked me to go back to the store again and ask them to hand over the phone to me. The store refused to listen to me and persisted in asking me to pay full price. Obviously, the store employees don't understand what is warranty exchange and the procedures entail for warranty exchange This is very disgraceful and disappointing. The store only cares about upselling new devices to new customers and disregards on solving existing customers' problems. I will never visit this store again for any service.
