Later when my wife was trying to use our driveway to leave and could not. When she asked him to move he said I told him it wasn't necessary. When I told him he was wrong, things quickly escalated and he asked me if I wanted to "go" and his crew told me "I wasn't too smart" my wife deescalated... But why am I being told I will have my ass kicked in my own house, by someone digging a ditch next door? I called their supervisors at Lumos and T-Mobile. No one seems to care. I have been waiting and when I called customer service today they had me on the phone trying to upgrade my service but said that they don't have a record of my promotional offer. I explained to the 2 different representatives that I spoke with that I would not consider doing business with a company that has already misrepresented themselves and made promises about a promotion in the past that they are not willing to honor. Poor customer service!!

He said everything are "In the clouds" So I told him I wanted it disconnected that day.He assured me it would be. Well after calling every single month from from Dec. 2025 until April 2026.I went in April and talked to a woman who was not very friendly sitting in the desk on the right, had me in tears. All she could say was "You can leave now". She acted like she was not sure what she should do.So Dec. 2025 I paid $82.20 for one phone that worked, Jan. 2026 $82.18 for one working phone,Feb $112.50 for one working phone, $73.03 for one phone working. So April 3rd is when I went in to talk to the "uncaring" person who said I could leave now because I had tears rolling down my face, I told her to disconnect BOTH phones. They had been cheating me long enough. I even wrote a letter to Verizon about the trouble I have had and I even wrote a check to pay Aprils bill and told them do not take it out of my CC or checking acc. They did any way so I had to pay $35.00 to stop payment on the automatic payment on my check. My husband and I had been with them for 25 years or more and always had automatic payment. First the 1 star is not for the customer service at the store. Those guys were great. It is for the…read morehype that Tmobile kept sending me on my Boost phone stating that my carrier would end and I needed to take action at Tmobile before January. Went to local store and service from them was great. However after getting 5 300 dollar phones and coming home can't use them. Have spent hours with Technical support to just now got circled back around while supposedly waiting on an expert. I was told phone would work just as good as the Boost service if not better and definitely better after January. I cannot make a call, or for that matter do anything with phones as it says not registered to a network. Once about every hour or so will get enough of a signal to barely use for a call but it only lasts for about 5 seconds. Tmobile is not providing the same level of service as the cheap Boost mobile and after I switched 5 phones to them found out that technically my Boost phone would still be working and was not going to be cut off just would be using other towers as they were bought by Dish Network. Boost is currently using other towers as it is so not sure what the difference would have been and I feel like Tmobile used this buyout of Sprint to send out this mass texting encouraging people to switch. Don't fall for it. Go with another service if you do not want to see what happens to Boost and for that matter if Boost is doing okay for you then stay and see what happens. Hope to be able to get out of this mess tomorrow as I have spent two days trying to used one of these dang phones.

Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally. Not only did he fix it, I also got a tutorial on the issues and resolution, which in my view was a great add-on. The total cost and time to completion was lower than the initial estimate. A cost effective job well done thoroughly and professionally. I will definitely hire Chris again and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Watch out of Lamberts shows up to install anything on your property. They completely disregard any…read moremarkings, have no common sense, blame the landowner for not "marking their utilities" and blatantly damage property and expect other companies to clean up after them. On our single street alone they cut at least 3 homeowners existing fiber lines and caused a major gas leak resulting in multiple fire and EMS responders. They are a subcontractor for Verizon and do a terrible job of installations, cleaning up after themselves. They are great at generally destroying property. Fortunately there are other options than Verizon in our neighborhood as we will never be purchasing service through a company who allows their subcontractors to damage and destroy property.
